Bonjour Mme, Je viens de prendre connaissance de votre note concernant votre séjour chez nous. J'aimerais bien savoir quand même ce qui justifie un simple "Horrible". Pesée vos mots… Les chambres sont plus grande que la moyen des hôtel de même catégorie, les lits sont équipée des dernier matelas Bultex 16cm d'épaisseur 160x200. Le contrôle du ménage est fait soigneusement et nous avons que très peu de retour négatif a ce sujet. Je suis donc très serein quant à la qualité de celui ci. Vous disposez également d'un grand nombre de chaine TV, d'un sèche cheveux etc... Concernant le Buffet petit déjeuner celui-ci est varié avec un large choix établis par la chaine B&B. Si vous avez eu un problème avec un salarié ou autre merci de me précisez le pourquoi du comment que j'en prenne connaissance.Sincèrement
