Surrounded by trees and set back from the road, this 750 sq ft retreat combines rustic Maine appeal with practical amenities — perfect for a quiet getaway. This cozy cottage features one bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The living space includes a comfortable seating area, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, auto-drip coffee maker, and kettle. While there is no dishwasher, all essential cookware and dining items are provided. A wall-mounted mini split/heat pump (remote controlled) keeps the space cool in summer and warm during the cooler months. Guests who need to work while away will appreciate the laptop-friendly workspace. The outdoor area includes a gas grill, fire pit, patio furniture, and a gravel parking area. Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage and outdoor space. Parking is available in the gravel driveway, with a short walk and a long set of wooden stairs leading to the front door. Please Note: The only access to the cottage is via a long flight of wooden stairs. This property is suitable only for guests who are fully mobile. We are available 24/7 during your stay.
