The apartment is so cute and perfect size for the 6 of us who stayed. The host let us check in early and was super nice. My only issue was the stairs are kind of sketchy but overall that’s small and would definitely stay again.
Charming upstairs home in a rustic and forgotten mill town
This was a charming house that is well over 100 years old. The neighborhood is an old mill town near a railroad and a river. The house was perfect for our large family and we didn't feel cramped at all. The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. There is no central air conditioning, but there were window units in every room that kept it cool and comfortable.
This is a charming place to stay with a lot of amenities! It was so easy to communicate with Lisa. We will be staying again in the future when back in the area!
Lisa’s place was lovely. So many thoughtful touches made our stay simply delightful. :) will stay again!!!

Unique place to stay and so much fun! We were able to have our party stay in one place. Plenty of room for air mattresses so no one had to share a bed.
My parents and I needed a place to stay the night of my son’s graduation from State Tech. This property was a perfect fit for our needs! The lower level was available for the evening too. That allowed us to have a small dinner celebration. The furniture & beds are comfortable and allowed us to relax after the day’s events were over. The house had everything we needed and more. The host was super accommodating and very responsive to messages. Everything came together wonderfully to celebrate my son’s accomplishments with my family. Absolute perfection!Highly recommend staying here!
We had issues getting in the the building because we had no cell service to pull up the instructions for access to the property.
So we had to drive to where there was cell service.
It was roomy and nice. Bonnots Mill is a very small town but nice to walk around in.
We had the best experience and most accommodating host. We had everything we could have possibly needed and more. Thanks again for working so well with us through the whole process.
We were able to use it as the 'Get Ready' house before the wedding and the wedding party was able to stay the night there. It was in perfect location!
We had out of town guests for a graduation in Columbia and it was a blast. The property is so adorable and really just was so neat. Everyone was very comfortable and said it felt like home! There was so much charm and the hosts were so thoughtful and left a Graduation gift for my daughter. Our friends who are stationed in a different state were able to attend and we were all able to spend the weekend together. It’s secluded enough that you don’t have to worry about town noises and issues and the grocery stores are all super close. My family has food restrictions and the fact that we could just pop over to the store and pick up items to make dinner On the property Instead of having to pay to eat out was super pleasant We would 100% book again for our next get together. And I would 100% recommend this property.
We'd like to thank you for your hospitality at your town home in Bonnots Mill the last couple of days. We truly enjoyed our stay and everything was fantastic!
You provided everything we needed for a family visit for Thanksgiving. We especially enjoyed the ping pong game as well as some of the items that you had stocked for our family pet Aspen.
The openness of the unit unit was very warm and and the history of the entire community provided a lot of discussion for us about Bonnots Mill. I recalled some very nice memories of Krautman's Corner and the pavilion by the river.
We will stay here again in warmer weather.
