Property was very close to the motorway but is very well insulated, resulting in being g very quiet.
Continental breakfast a bailable at a cost.
Steak restaurant across the hight way gave a 15% discount when room key was produced.

What a gem of a property not far from any of the sights and activities in Bordeaux! From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat along with how to navigate the city via tram that had a stop right by the hotel. Property had a good morning breakfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size, especially for French standards. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

"Staff were good. Breakfast was simple, but OK. Room was TINY...bed took up most of it. Desk was dirty...food waste and cup rings. As usual, simple French TV...mostly advertising. Some noise from adjacent major roadway. Room is in need of maintenance. All in all, roof and a bed...no amenities...but, ..."

"Great hotel to visit futurascope, basic room but very comfortable good air con. Restaurant was good we came out of park to eat then went back for the night show. Park is about 10/15 mins walk. Breakfast was ok €13pp buffet style."
