the staff was nice. The room was horribly warm and couldn’t sleep all night long. Changed the room twice but the same problem seems to be in the whole hotel, the need to repair the Air condition.

Short Trip To Bonn
The hotel is fine for a short business trip but let down by the shower. It is located in the bath and a long shower curtain is used to stop sray across the bathroom. The curtain is too long and a slip hazard. I nearly slipped on it on two occassions. There is not tea/coffee making facility in the room but bottled water is supplied. I have stayed here on two separate occasions.

We had to check out a day early so we would make our departing flight from Frankfurt on time. We never got a credit for checking out early after a lot of back and forth. I would like to be credited and refunded for having to stay in a hotel in Frankfurt so we would make our flight on time.

The property was tired and needs an upgrade. It appears this had been attempted to mix with the traditional, but it hasn’t worked! The lack of coffee facilities is poor- a basic expectation in all hotels in the modern day. The one size fits all shower gel is reminiscent of budget hotels. Having said this, it was a great location and the room was clean and spacious. Overall, the hotel is more like a 3 star and not its 4 and half star rating!

The air condition was not working in the hotel it was so warm , I couldn’t sleep at night .the hotel provided my room by fan almost at the end of my stay. I don’t recommend to stay there specially by summer time. BTW one elevator was working. Location is ok

Very freiendly and polite stuff and a very warm welcome. My single bed room was a little stocked in time. Here and there there were dirty points in the walls. The mantras was very very soft and not comfortable. Al In I would say 3 of 5

Great stay at the Bristol
The Bristol Hotel is comfortably located in the city center. It is within a walking distance from the shops, restaurants and museums. The hotel is very old-fashioned but amazingly clean and comfort. The service is superb. We took breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and it was rich, healthy, and delicious.This is my second stay in the hotel, and I am glad the second stay even exceeded the first one!

The hotel has slightly faded sixties opulence but it is a little oasis in a busy part of the city. If you want all mod cons, go elsewhere, but stay if you prefer comfort and style.

Centrally located close to the main railway station and the town centre, this is a fine example of the now faded glory of the 'Bonner Republik'. It may appear old-fashioned, but we liked it that way!

The hotel requires an interior upgrade to match today’s standards. Breakfast needs to be included with hotel accommodation charge. Check in checkout times must be adjusted. Everything else was proffetional and up to standard.

Watch that Bath Tub!
The hotel is in a great location, Staff were very helpful. But on down side the bathroom was a health hazard ! the shower was in the bath tub no rubber bath mat to stand on, my wife slipped and fell could have been avoided, someone is going to get seriously injured.

Nice hotel
Good experience so far. The hotel itself looks a bit dated but it has everything you need and it does offer many facilities. I'm happy with the room, cleanliness and so on the only bad thing i can say are the lifts which sound very dodgy...I don't like lifts in general but they definitely need sorting. Hopefully we'll enjoy Bonn tomorrow.

This is a nice hotel in a good location,very quite , yet right across from main Bonn railway station It’s also very close to the main shopping and entertainment area of Bonn Although the hotel it’s self is very nice I feel the rooms whilst clean and practical are just needing a bit of an upgrade. Apart from that staff very friendly and helpful and a nice place to stay

Nice hotel with great location to city centre
I had booked a prepaid suite and when we arrived, our reservation was not found. I shoed them the Expedia confirmation and they apologized for the error. Unfortunately, our suite was no loner available so we had to check into a regular room and they provided an extra bed for my child. The next day we were moved to two rooms with a connecting door. We also received a free breakfast and a fruit plate, which did make up for our inconvenience. The hotel staff was helpful and our stay comfortable. We appreciated that the restaurant offered soy milk and vegan options. We would stay here again.
