"We had 7 girlfriends gather for such a great get together and the house was so perfect for us. So spacious and comfortable. A very nice screened in porch and pool in the yard. We chose to have our dinners out but the house seemed to be well equipped if you chose to cook there. The host was always available if we had questions.One shower was slow to produce hot water but all of the others were fine.I would recommend this house as a great place to stay! It was in a quiet neighborhood and quite beautiful."

"Hotel looks new and appears to be well kept. Common areas were clean. Pool was cloudy but we used in early evening so it may have been dirty from day's use. Our room appeared clean, but was infested with ants/roaches. I killed two large ants in the evening and woke up to a roach on my headboard and ants all over the desk. Was so disgusted, family refused to eat breakfast at hotel. I am a fan of this brand, but I will not stay here again."

"Beautiful property on the river. The host provides two kayaks and a paddleboard which we used and saw 4 manatees. Host was very quick to respond to minor issues/questions we had. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Would definitely rent from Amanda again."
