"The whole booking was a complete disaster as our accommodation that was booked and paid for in April 2024 was double booked so we failed to have a holiday at all at the last minute ie. cancelled on 23/12/2024.The only positive thing in the whole drama was that our oayment was refunded in full immediately. It’s a shame I can’t get the 5 hours I spent on the phone on 23/12 and disappointed I had to tell all my family that the holiday was cancelled. "
