Sobrado with 02 apartments, with 01 suite +02 rooms and other dependencies. Accommodates 08 adults + 01 children up to 03 years (removable cot). Garage for 02 vehicles.  
Quiet street 230 meters from the sea, in the center of Bombinhas. Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants. Surrounded by Atlantic Forest, Environmental Preservation Area. Quiet street, only locals. I go out to parties on the terrace with individual barbecues.
