Auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern ist gedacht, durch Hochstuhl, Kinder-Reisebett, Kinder-WC-Sitz, Strand-Bollerwagen. Die bodentiefen Fenster sorgen für genügend Licht im geräumigen EG. Die moderne Küche bietet alles für die Hausfrau, so daß es Spaß macht, die Speisen selbst zuzubereiten. Am gemütlichsten empfanden wir die Terrasse mit hochwertigen Möbeln sowie dem luxuriösen Strandkorb. Auch die Anzahl der Liegemöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse entspricht der Anzahl der Gäste; dies ist nicht in jeder Unterkunft selbstverständlich. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist ebenfalls perfekt für jedes Alter machbar. Zusammenfassend kann man dieses Haus aus bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
