Only 350 meters to the beautiful beach with good swimming. Families with children will find in this holiday area their little holiday paradise surrounded by shady trees, playgrounds and playground with table tennis. Holiday Village 36a: The cozy Non smoking holiday house with a floor space of 63sqm is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. It is just 350 meters to the beach in a small forest area. Shops are within walking distance. Very comfortable is the combined living / dining area with a pull-out sofa bed, fireplace, TV, music system and access to the sunny terrace. The, in the living area integrated and open kitchenette, is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, extractor hood and sufficient crockery for 6 people. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a bunk bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom - upstairs of the house - has a double bed and wardrobe. For small children cot and high chair are available free of charge. In the brightly tiled shower room with natural light, you can use a washing machine free of charge. Furthermore, there are storage rooms on the upper floor and next to the entrance to the house. You can park your car free of charge on the parking space at the holiday home. The quiet location of the house is ideal for families with children, especially since the extensive grounds offers plenty of play opportunities. Please note that pets are not allowed. Das Urlauberdorf ist Recht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, nichts für Leute die schlecht zu Fuß sind. 10 Minuten bis zur Seebrücke, Restaurants, etc., Einkaufszentrum mit Aldi, Markant, Tedi und Kik ca.8 Minuten zu Fuß. Strand ebenfalls ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles auch mit dem Auto erreichbar aber nur kostenpflichtiges Parken überall, beim Einkaufszentrum unbedingt auf einlegen der Parkuhr achten, wir hatten bereits nach 5 Minuten ein Knöllchen von 30 Euro. ##### Franziska F. Die Wohnung ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es sind einige Reparaturen dringend notwendig. Das Bad, die Küche und der Boden im Wohnzimmer könnten eine komplette Sanierung vertragen.
