Worth the money
Clean hotel. Inexpensive. It had free parking, which we needed. I live in the US and not familiar with the customs in Italy, but it seemed super strange that a country in which people drink so much coffee, the rooms didn’t have a coffee machine. It was inconvenient in the morning to dress up and start looking in the hallways for a coffee dispenser. We found one in the lobby. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

Exterior does not match the interior. The hotel feels a bit run down and worn off. The rooms are great size and have most fascilities you need. However it doesn’t feel like a well maintained NH property which are usually of great quality. At check in the receptionist was also not very helpful. He literally handed us a key and didn’t even give directions or explanation of the facilities , very unlike the usual NH hospitality. The air in the rooms also felt very stuffy and hot and we all woke up with sore throats and dry mouths. Mattresses were soft and some even u stable. Overall the property can benefit from a refresher and maintenance. Staff were not all bad, we were only a bit let down by the receptionist who checked us in for the lack of his engagement and cooperation.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very well done. A/C was broken for the two weeks I was there. Room was 30C during the days, staff were advised, though maintenance didn't fix.

location misleading....noisy traffic area....changed rooms three times due to internet connections....and I was going thru a death in the family with a zoom call set up to discuss funeral arrangements which did not happen due to internet. one of the rooms I was given was a room that dogs were allowed in and I am allergic to dogs. No manager available and front desk staff was rude unhelpful and one even laughed in my face. I would never suggest anyone stay in this hotel or any of their sister hotels. Staff need to be retrained. Room was cold. One young man in training tried to help but he felt bad as he knew what an awful situation I was dealing with. I want a complete refund. Spent a fortune in taxi fare as it was so far from everything. Very misleading advertising.

I arrived to a nice hotel in Bologna NH Hotels for the Iron Maiden concert. Customer service was terrible. They had no idea how to get to Parco Nord by bus. They told me take a taxi, like I want to get rip-off. I asked about going by bus; they didn’t know. I asked them if I needed to buy tickets to the bus, yes I must have a ticket. I was sent to a supermarket in a shopping mall quite a distance. At the supermarket they told me I don’t need a ticket. I went back to the room at hotel, no internet. I went downstairs again to ask about the Internet, I was told to come downstairs to the lobby and connect from there. I said NO I paid for a room with Internet. I told the hotel staff that I was baffled by their lack of customer service skills. Then he told me if I wanted to go another hotel, I said I would love to go to another hotel unfortunately I had already PAID for this room and going to the concert. I had to ask twice for card to get to the room and neither one worked. Finally, a incredible nice family with Maiden shirts saw me crying at the lobby and they gave me a ride. As a tourist coming from USA I was so distraught by how rude the staff in the hotel is and almost everyone is in this city. Don’t waste your time and money Bologna, much less spend $135 for room and be treated like an annoyance and give customer an attitude Thanks to Yu, Stefano, and the kids for helping me feel welcome and let me join them to go to the concert. It was cancelled due to bad weather
