"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only spent two nights here and during the day we were 20 min away with family so I can’t speak to the amenities. However the house accommodated us (7 people) easily and was nice. Some pillows on the beds had a strange smell so I took one star off for cleanliness and the beds weren’t very comfortable but fine for a rental. I’d recommend this place for a fun family gathering."

"Comfortable and clean! We loved the open area with plenty of parking. The pool table and ping pong table were a fun addition for entertainment. Dave was very friendly and helpful. We had atvs and were able to ride to Gunlock Falls from the house on decent dirt roads. Overall a great place to stay!"

"Spent a great week here for spring break. The accommodations were nice and as advertised. The pool was awesome and we spent hours there. The private hot tub was our favorite spot for hanging out. The host representative was very responsive when we asked about extending our stay. And we like The Ledges because it feels more secluded than other spots in St. George. Would definitely recommend."
