Excellent central location and great service from the reception desk. Very welcoming and provided us with a fan to enable us to sleep in the 27C October heatwave! Very surprised to find such a good hotel did not have AC. Liked the quirky lift. No parking attached to this hotel but if lucky you may score a street park or can park right over the road in an underground park.

The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. What brings my review down is the value for price paid. The size of the economy room is smaller than ones I have stayed in, in Manhattan. There is no climate control in the rooms, the shower is so small you have to open the door to bend over, and you have nowhere to put your suitcase unless you block the entry. The breakfast is mediocre at best and certainly not worth the added cost. I have stayed at many Best Western hotels over the years and this was probably my worst experience by far.

Will not go back there
Room for one person was not big enough for me to fully open my suitcase. Staff was not caring and was distant. At the breakfast, people working at the hotel are also having their breakfast and are using the few tables available for the customers.

Basic, but nice
Quite a basic hotel, nothing particularly fancy about it. But it was clean, with friendly staff, and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. There is on-street parking, and a public underground carpark directly across the street, but no free parking within the hotel. There is a notice that parking is in the underground carpark, but I don't know if it is subsidised for guests. I arrived in the evening and was leaving early the next morning, so I parked for free on the street. As far as I could tell, the dining area only does breakfast. However there are plenty of bars/restaurants in all directions surrounding the hotel so you won't have to travel far for dinner. Overall, I couldn't fault the hotel... especially for the low price!

Great location and super friendly staff. Parking is a little tough. There’s plenty of paid parking but there’s a 3 hr limit that costs 30€ (2hrs costs just 3€ but you need to pay between 9-12 and 2-5:30).

thanks for your nice feedback - to help you next time look for surface GREEN ZONE PARKING on the street where you pay 6 €/ day at once or choose PARKING DES HALLES entrancen in front of ARThotel with a night fee around 10-15€ but closed and video watched

Business trip
It was a little far from the Sciences Po campus where I was working, but otherwise it was a nice place. The elevator has a fun surprise, that I won't ruin. The room was spacious with good wifi, a nice view, and a full bath. My colleague had the breakfast, and I have to admit I was annoyed with myself for not getting up early enough to have it before my morning meeting! it looked great.

Stopped here for one day then decided to extend by another night but unfortunately had to change rooms which was disappointing as they were a lower standard but at the same price, staff very helpful though difficult to find and the lift is a shower room which seems a bit pointless!

The room is a bit small, no AC, no ventilation. The window has no screen, if you need to open, lots of mosquitoes. It's uncomfortable to state.

Delightful Stay
Right in the center of town and just near reasonable underground parking. Corner room with light from two sides was delightful. Hotel staff were professional as well as cheerful. Breakfast was not included, but substantial. All local sights were very walkable as well as a surprising treat. For three days, the Best Western Art Hotel was a good value and in addition provided a jumping off point for day trips to Normandy community, including Omaha beach.

This hotel is well-located in Le Havre near interesting sites and coincidentally and unexpectedly just a block away from the Tour de France route. The design and décor are fun and fitting with the modern architecture of Le Havre. The accommodations are typically small but clean and functional.

Lovely view
Hotel was very central. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to have a fabulous view of a tree-lined square and the modern bridge over the Bassin du Commerce from my 5th floor room. Room wasn't huge it had a very nice bathroom.

Great hotel, for business travelling.
I spent only one night, the hotel is really good. I don’t know exactly the neighborhoods so I can’t judge it. In the hotel you will be surprised by the lift, is designed like a shower. Very funny. Close to the hotel, there is an Asiatic restaurant and Irish pub. The view from the room is on the port.

25th wedding anniversary
The hotel is well situated for many of the sights shops and cafe restaurants. Parking is cheap enough either on the road outside or in the carpark across thd road. Free wifi is always a bonus when away from home. We used thd train to travel into Paris for a fantastic wedding anniversary. The hotel staff were superb and printed our e-tickets as they did not arrive before we left home. Considering the busy location oc the hotel and our balcony overlooking the street we found our room to be peaceful... Thank you

Très bon hôtel centre le Havre confort.
Séjour ok chambre très confortable Récepteur TV en bug soir/ matin. Désagrément. Sinon, gardien de nuit très sympa et efficace. ( Accueil de jour nettement moins chaleureux) Enfin, à 11h45, l'équipe de ménage ouvre carrément la porte. Pour check out à midi. Désagrément. On sent bien que le client est là pour ...payer. Trop cher pour le standing. Bon petit dej mais prix excessif. ( 14euros)

C’est hôtel est très bien à découvrir .
Séjour de trois jours, le havre est une ville très animé.on n’a pu voir Deauville, Honfleur, c’est quand même beaucoup plus touristique très peu de place pour se garer trop de monde . Nous avons préféré Le Havre , beaucoup de restaurants et de choses à voir et à découvrir. L’hôtel il reste des finitions a effectuer de peinture notamment !! Le personnel est à notre écoute, il ce plie à nous exigences, ils sont très serviable et très gentil. Dans l’ensemble agréable séjour dans cette hôtel.
