This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom boasts an inviting, open floor plan. It also features a kitchen that is an entertainer\`s dream with a massive quartz island, custom pantry, & stainless steel appliances with gas oven! Fly in from Boise airport (10min), grab a beer at our local breweries in Downtown (15min), or catch a football game at Boise State University (13min). As you approach the property and notice the sleek, black and white exterior of the home, the luscious green front yard, and the obvious double floor plan, you will know you are in the right place. You will be sent a smart lock door code upon the day of your arrival to check in to. Once walking into the glamorous house, immediately you will see that the bright and airy space is already inviting you to enjoy your stay. To the right lies the expansive living room that includes a luxurious L shaped sectional, towering windows facing the street, additional single seating, and a 65” smart TV. An excellent setting for relaxing with friends and family after a long day of busy travelling and fun activities. From the entrance of the house, take a left and as you wander downstairs, you’ll be able to spot the second living/seating area which accommodates another huge L shaped navy blue sectional, wide ranging windows, all complimented by the modern interior design. Enjoy the electric fireplace by turning it on at night to cultivate the most perfect cozy ambience, while watching your favorite shows or movies on the 65” smart TV mounted to the wall. In the corner of the living space, sits a laptop friendly work desk suitable for a work trip or if you just want some quiet time to read or write. Right behind the downstairs living room wall is a charming bedroom with a queen-sized bed, broad windows above the headboard to let in that outside glow, and double sliding doors that open to a long stretching closet. To the right, is the first bathroom featuring a single sink with plenty of room below, a lavish gold mirror, and a standing up shower with glazed tile coating the walls. As you return to the main level, continue to walk forward where you’ll spot a commodious dining table that seats 8 people with brown leather contemporary chairs surrounding the table, exquisite wooden shiplap on the facing wall, and a sturdy high-end table. Ahead of the dining room lies the kitchen and cooking area fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, brand new appliances, complimentary coffee and water bottles, quartz covered countertops, a massive island able to seat 4 people, a far-reaching pantry room with double sliding wooden doors surrounded by brick walls, and all kinds of pots and pans you need for cooking. Off in a smaller corner to the right of the kitchen, sits the laundry room with a washer/dryer and plenty of capacity to keep your laundry. The door that is connected to the laundry room extends to the garage where you’ll find a ping pong table to play at. Venture upstairs to the top level of the house and to the right is the shared single sink guest bathroom with gold and white matte accents and a dual standing up shower/tub. Straight across from the guest bathroom rests the second bedroom containing an upscale bunk bed, comfy pillows and linens, and a closet to keep all your travelling items in. Continue down the corridor and to the right is the master bedroom featuring a king-sized, heavenly bed that will guarantee a good night\`s rest, inviting windows, a 43” smart TV, and gold lined sliding mirrors that access the closet. The house has a great modern/mid-century vibe. The kitchen is very well appointed and we loved grilling. Bathrooms are clean and modern. The location makes it easy to get downtown (where we enjoyed the 4th of July parade and Capitol) as well as easy access to Eagle & Meridian. I definitely recommend checking out the Greenbelt! Very clean, spacious, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, great location, perfect for a family. Loved the bonus living area downstairs. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The trash barrels were full ehen i arrived. There is one just towel for every guest. No extras in home. There was a ping pong table that i was excited to see. Yet when wanted to play i found all balls had been cut and hung up on peg board making them totally useless. Very hot up stairs and very cold downstairs. All workable issues but issues none the less. One complaint, the front walk is a real hazard for folks with limited mobility. Stepping from one concrete slab to another is not safe. We chose this house because it had a large fenced yard. After excruciating booking process where the owners wanted selfies with our ID’s and a picture of our CC and an exorbitant pet fee, multiple calls to VRBO because we thought we were being scammed, things were settled. The house was beautiful, although most lamps didn’t work-not plugged in or lightbulbs were out. The exterior of the house was sad with a weed filled yard and planters filled with dead plants. Could not open the drapes because every house in the hood had broken down cars, garbage, lumber, and car parts littering their yards. The fenced yard (which we wanted for our dogs) was not. The gate had been torn off and was leaning against the side of the house. Didn’t someone walk the property before we rented???? The property management group responded quickly and were very nice-they said they would look into it. Did not help us on this trip. Disappointed and since we travel to Boise monthly, we will not be staying at this property again. ##### Joanne D.
