I am so sorry, our pet policy is located on our website as well as all booking sites for potential guests to read. We have our policies placed on the sites for this specific reason. As for my rude staff, I have replayed the footage and they handled the situation very respectfully and appropriately. I am so sorry you felt that they were rude due to the nature of why you did not get to stay at this location. I do hope you found a hotel that allowed your cat, as most do not.

I am so sorry to hear that our hot food was running low during your stay. We do try our best to keep on it and it does take sometime to cook the sausage and heat up the gravy but we do try our best to catch it before the food runs out.

I do apologize for the poor choice of wording used to describe our outside seating, pool loungers I do believe that is what they used to describe them. We will try our best to get that changed.

So sorry for the inconvenience of noise, we do provide ear plugs to any guests that is having a noise issue. We do also offer box fans for white noise. Hope you will give us another chance in the future!

After reviewing our footage, it shows that the guy you are talking about is actually one of our frequent fliers, theses guest stay with us on a regular basis and our staff all know them by name and face. This is why he was not ID at the time he was requesting a new key. I will definitely address the rest of the issues with my staff and get these resolved.
