Please keep in mind that these condos are up in the mountains and the wifi can and does go in and out, the WiFi connection is often spotty. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I booked this place for one night when my parents came into town so my dad and I wouldn't have to get up early and drive up Bogus Basin Road in the morning, and it was perfect! The sunset views from the patio were great, and the condo is comfortable, albeit a bit cramped. The bunk beds are long enough to fit me at 6'4", but not anyone taller. The best thing about it is the convenience - we put on our ski gear and only had to walk about 100 feet to the slopes when the rope dropped in the morning. The downside of the rental is we had no heat in our unit- I called first thing on Monday morning, we were provided a mini-space heater but no service to repair the heat. On Thursday morning- our last morning there, my son-in-law flipped the breaker and we had heat (not as warm as the thermostat was saying it should be) on either side of our rental. Our pots/pans were filthy, greasy and had burnt items on them. Getting to and from the hot tub each morning was a bit challenging down the slightly sloped ramp that was covered in ice. A little hard to enjoy the fireplace with wet wood that was provided. The twin bunk beds were not made upon arrival- 10:30 pm arrival time and having to make beds for the kids to jump into bed after a 32 hour drive was not what we were looking forward to. ##### Damian W.
