There is an additional large loft with two queen beds, smart TV, and several toys for kids. The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime easy, and the open-concept living areas are perfect for gathering. The living room has a large sectional and additional seating chair with a Smart TV and gas fireplace. This open concept space also features the office desk for remote work. Step outside to soak in the private hot tub, relax around the fire pit, or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table—all while taking in breathtaking city and mountain views. Located less than half a mile from Simplot Sports Complex, this home is ideal for tournaments, family getaways, or exploring Boise. With garage parking, family-friendly amenities, and plenty of space, this retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and fun. Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay. Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250. A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late.
