Stayed here for a business stop. The property is what you expect. Everything clean but I was given the courtesy of a late check out 1 pm local time by cleaning supervisor and that was nice. Had a long week at that point and the extra hour was nice to have.

This was a weird stay. The property was excellent. The staff was excellent. Everything was clean. Very nice in appearance. But… the room door didn’t work very well (hard to get to open from both the inside and the outside). The fitted sheets on the bed didn’t fit the bed, and kept pulling off in the corners. Great looking place. The details are where the problems were. Any other room probably would have been great.

The noise from the freeway and airport was constant like there was no insulation in the walls and the windows were single pane. The desk clerk gave me a card explaining the rules and it stated, $20 a night for two dogs but I was charged $50

The desk clerk during check-in was super friendly and got me signed up for the free shuttle to the airport for my flight. The clerk during check out was very courteous. The room was nice and clean. Hotel is a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Very convenient!

It was difficult to find, and my wife was attacked by two dogs from another "guest." Staff said they thought the barking and my wife's yelling was from outside the property. Wrong answer. They said they would tell the other guest to control their dogs.

The room was clean but the bathroom counter was very small for 2 people especially. There was no lotion available which was very surprising for a more expensive property. We were also unaware of the wait times coming back from the airport using the shuttle. It is close to the airport which is convenient but will probably just park at the airport in the future.

The worst service we have ever received. We booked our rooms at the “Fairfield Marriott and the day of check in, just one hour before check in we were told they over booked and moved us to their other location, where it has been shut down for refugees. It was dirty, loud, no amenities. We booked two month in advanced!
