Four-bedroom home plus an office niche attached to the master bedroom features hardwood floors throughout the main floor, with premium appliances, quartz countertops, and a large open gourmet kitchen with large gas range, walk-in pantry, and refrigerator. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the cookware you need for a fully functioning kitchen including a built-in bar. The living room features a gas fireplace and has tall ceilings with windows all the way up - bringing in lots of light. The main floor also features a guest bedroom with an option for a King Bed or two Twin XL Beds. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms. The master bedroom is HUGE - and includes an attached niche that serves as an office with an adjustable sit-down/stand-up desk. The master bathroom features a walk-in closet, dual vanities, dual showerheads, and lots of natural light from the skyline windows and 12-foot ceilings. A secondary bathroom accesses from the upstairs hallway features dual sinks and separate toilet/shower area.
