Overall the hotel was good value. The room was smaller than I would have liked and needed some repairs. The hotel had a good dining area. The car park was secure and large. The hotel was also conveniently located.

Expectations weren't high
Very basic hotel. Reception was pleasant but the room was not up to the standard expected from this chain. Special mention for the bathroom door which was nearly impossible to open from inside. I wonder how long it will take for an elderly person traveling alone to get stuck in there... Also only one room key was given, even though a key was necessary to keep the electricity on and to make the elevator function; as a result, if one person needs to go to the car or reception, the other waits in the dark. We've had better experiences in hotel chains further down the scale from this one. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is close to mtorway, route national and all amenities very close to hand, restaurants,shopping, supermarkets. Beautiful river with Saturday market in village.

Good one night stay during our trip for our friend's wedding. Clean and tidy although rooms are small. Staff were really helpful!

Great value and great service
The hotel is located in the hinterland of an industrial zone which is pretty run down, but the hotel itself is close to the autoroute and an oasis of calm - perfect for our needs, with great service, a comfortable and clean room, and secure parking (not to mention a plentiful and varied buffet breakfast). The staff member who checked us in ensured we were allocated one of the larger rooms as we were travelling with a toddler who was sleeping in our own cot, and throughout the stay the staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended, and exceeded expectations at the price.

Stayed here because there was a lack of choice. We were on a cycling tour and this hotel is next to a motorway surrounded by high fences! However, the staff were friendly and the room was sufficient and the breakfast was good. Not walkable into town though and very busy traffic for cyclists. There are bike lanes if you do a little research.

Big comfy room and lovely staff
The room was recently renovated and was quite big by European standards. The hotel is a 30 minute walk into the beautiful town. It’s out near the highway in a bit of an industrial area...but it has free and secure parking. The hotel has a bar and there is a family restaurant 50 metres away (Coutepaille). We met two lovely staff members...Justine and Stefane. They are so warm and friendly. It was a great find for us.

Cheap but basic and cramped
Very small bedroom, with a tiny shower room. The toilet is so near the door you have to sit side-saddle if you want privacy! The shower was virtually unusable because the shower head was loose and couldn't be tightened, so it simply hung down and aimed water at the wall. I wasn't offered any of the advertised bar-snacks,despite having arrived early. Instead I ate at the nearby Courtepaille, which literally translated means "Short Straw" - very apt, as if you find yourself at this hotel you'll think you've drawn it! On the plus side, I enjoyed relaxing late evening drinks in the comfortable bar area being served by a pleasant and attractive receptionist,

Great rest on the tollway
We stopped here because it was right on the tollway and close to Paris. I did not expect much, but was very pleasantly surprised. The room was updated and modern (though small) and the bed was comfortable. A great respite.

Nice Hotel for the Price
I came to Nemours for a wedding and I was recommended this hotel. Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was clean and large enough to not feel cramped. Overall for the price its a great option. I will definitely consider this chain of hotels when in Europe in the future.

Recommended.
The standards were what you would expect from the IBIS chain. Clean and comfortable, although the rooms are a bit small. As typical in France no tea/coffee facilities in room, although you can purchase from reception if required. Breakfast for an extra charge of €10 was very good. Charge for dog at €10 is expensive. Restaurant nearby for evening meal was good.

As a budget hotel for a business overnight stay the hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable if a little small. The hotel staff were very friendly even giving us a discount voucher for a neighboring restaurant when we could have eaten in the hotel Will definitely use again

An overnight stop en route to Burgundy. Very helpful pleasant staff. We arrived late the hotel was easy to get into and the night watchman was very welcoming. Great Breakfast - the best we've had in a long time!

Hotel would be fine for short stays as close to Fontainebleau and quite near Paris if doors have been fixed. All doors banged loudly when closing and as we were next to the stairs there was a lot of door closing around us. Otherwise we were happy with service, facilities and room for the price we paid.
