Restaurant and grounds were very nice. Food was excellent. My room needed some repairs and paint - and better lighting. Overall good value. I’d stay.again.

The dive shop is excellent. They are very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you like personalized service you will love Vanilla sky Dive shop. The restaurant is good, a little expensive, but good food. The pizza is great. The hotel is just ok, it could be much better with better bedding. There is only 1 top sheet, I kept having to turn off the air conditioning because it was cold, then back on because it would get too hot. A blanket or comfortor would make a huge difference. It is a great location, just off the main road but a 5 minute walk to everything.

Our stay was ok. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. However, there were a few problems. For starters, there was no television to watch, doors to the closets were falling off, brown water coming out of the sink in the CR and the shower kept leaking, could not turn off completely. The breakfast was very simple. Stayed for 4 days and basically ate the same thing everyday. Not many options to choose from.

A nice, quiet place, yet close to the city center.
A nice small hotel with a good restaurant and a small swimming pool. An italian owner, the restaurant is serving an excellent pizza.

Excellent for family, quiet place, room are perfect size for the family loft although, not happy of the drinking bottle water refills. Quality of food is perfect, but it takes an hour after order. Nice area close to Alona Beach.😃

Good hotel with excellent food
The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is only a 10 min walk from the beach. There is a swimming pool but we didn’t use it. The food was delicious - as the owner is Italian with the passion for food - they have fresh buffalo mozzarella, great Pizzas/Pastas and Yogurt!

Staff were excellent. Helpful in arranging day trips at same prices you can get from vendors at the beach. Also arranged delivery of meals to room when requested. Restaurant is good but breakfast choices limited. At least they are cooked fresh. And you have the option of skipping breakfast and getting a free lunch sandwich which is nice.They do not provide drinking glasses in the room which would be nice. But they allowed us to take glassed from their dining area. Not a good beach near their facility. Have to walk or get tricycle to get to Alona beach. And Alona is not a good beach. Just tourist activities like restaurants and water sports. No beach to sun bathe. Take a tricycle or car to Dumaluan Beach instead. Great beach and a few water sports if you want them. Rooms are ok and it seems like they are are trying to keep them fresh as some were getting new paint when we were there. Didn't see any bugs. Blankets are just a thin sheet ( as in several other hotels I stayed at). Would be nice to provide a real blanket as AC gets cold. Overall I recommend i,t but be prepared to take transportation to a nice beach if that is what you want.

There was so kind! And rooms was comfy. And restaturant was best! Pizza was best pizza in my life:) but just one thing is the pool time ended too soon.

Nice location
It's very pratical to go around the places near Alona Beach, we rent the scooters directly from the hotel, which was very convenient. The service in general was nice, the only negative point was that it was difficult to connect to the internet in the room.

It's very close to Alona Beach and all the restaurants and shops around, hotel staffs are friendly. If I have to say a negative point, it'd be the WiFi, we could only use at the ground floor, other floors the signals were quite weak.

Super Hotel
Das Hotel ist gut in Alona Beach gelegen. Ringsherum ist es ruhig, aber man kann in wenigen Minuten sowohl am Strand als auch im Trubel von Alona Beach sein. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Anlage an sich ist wunderbar. Der Pool ist zwar nicht riesig, aber ausreichend und außerdem sehr gepflegt sowie die restliche Anlage auch. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad ist groß und war ebenfalls sauber. Lediglich die Kalkablagerungen im Duschbereich könnten zu meckern auf hohem Niveau verleiten. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

入住第一天就闻到一股霉味，一楼潮湿的原因吗？不清楚，但是不提供拖鞋和吹风机算什么意思。此外房间内没有椅子，想和家里视频聊天，只能把笔记本放在床头柜上，出个东西也是同样，没有椅子坐，只能把吃的放床头柜，从厕所拿出垃圾桶接着。虽然给安排司机去景点，但是很勉强，时间不准时，去看海豚出发太晚，根本看不到海豚，最后一天离开司机也没有准时来接，要不是我提前来退房，估计服务员根本不会打电话叫司机，另外，司机不是真的出租车，仅仅是找个人开车来而已。看到这个消息的不要订这家，感觉很不好

You may refer to your booking details for the amenities included in the room rate plan. 2. Hair Dryer - We provide hair dryer, you may request for it at the reception area. 3. Chairs - All rooms have 2 chairs and a table in the Balcony. The guests are free to bring it inside the room. 4. Dolphin Watching - Upon booking for an Island Hopping which Dolphin Watching is part of the package, we inform our guest that it is not 100% guaranteed that you can see the Dolphins since they are in the wild. It depends on the weather as well. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies.

Very valuable with its price, the food is nice. But the sea tour package that hotel co-work with isn't that good. Didn't take us to ses what it was promised to. (Dolphin and sea turtle) If the swimming pool can open late instead of close at 8pm, it will be even better. (like till midnight)
