"Beautiful house, lots of space for everyone, whether you want to all be together or if you want to have separate spaces, there’s plenty of room for either. Great location!! Right across the street from beach access (we saw so many dolphins). About half a mile from the pier, Sol Bowl (Great açaí bowls and avocado toast) michaelangelos pizza (sooo good), a bunch of seafood restaurants, 2 grocery stores, breweries and bars. Loved it!!"

"Location and convenience to the beach made this a great place to stay. The pool and outdoor space was a highlight of the property. The house is well appointed with all the items you would need to live as though you were in your own space and the items weren’t the cheapest you can buy. There were nice touches inside. The beach equipment was a little less than stellar. The beach cart was broken and the chairs were very rusted. We would have brought our own had we known the condition of these items. I am not sure if it is the time of year but the cleanliness of the house was not what I would have expected. These two items were the only issues. "

"Joey’s Place was attractively decorated and convenient to the beach and shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the deck and sunporch. There is a ground floor entrance, which is useful for anyone who does not do stairs well.April is a wonderful time to enjoy the beach!"
