Mr. Wayne1) The rate of the Airport Pick-Up has been 35 USD for the last 5 years, its public information and you knew it before making the reservation since is in our website were you originally found us.2) Yes there are cheaper options, and also more expensive ones, we offer a safe and reliable transfer for an affordable price3) No hotel has free laundry service, we did told you our rates before hand. 1 USD for a small piece, 2 USD for a medium piece, 3 USD por a large piece. if you decide to take the service knowing the prices you cant complaint afterward, it makes no sense. 4) Again, the prices of our meals are public information in the menu that you where given. Here our menu https://www.lacolinahotelcottage.com/servicios/restaurante/menu/5) We never pour water on the wine, this is absurd, also all bottles are open in front of each client and then left at the table so they can pour themselves all they want. 6) I sat down on a near table from which you where, to work on my laptop, as I do every day in my own hotel and restaurant. I don't see a problem there, maybe you are the type of person that feels awkward when the staff is close to you. Welcome to the XXI century, slavery is long gone. 7) Breakfast is served all morning between 8 and 10 am, we don't have a problem to make exceptions and serve them as early as 7 am. But if you decide to leave at 4 am there wont be any staff on the kitchen. Not in any small boutique hotel. 8) our hotel is located in the top of a hill, surrounded by forest, and you can walk without a problem everywhere you likeConclusion: the real reason Mr Wayne that you are trying to destroy our reputation is because you didn't like that you had to pay the services that you wanted to have for free after using them. you wanted to have the laundry, the meals and the transfer for free and we charged them, as any hotel will do.
