Construction was underway during my stay at this property. I did not appreciate the front desk staff nor the check in experience. The room was really cold. Overall, I did not feel welcomed here and would certainly not recommend any friend to stay at this hotel.

Checking in took took long. No forms to fill out. Clerk asked questions for him to type to computer. ELEVATOR OUT OF SERVICE! Climbing four floors is no easy task at 2,650 meters altitude.

Safe box did not work, stayed for 6 nights, I was promised that it will be fixed or replaced but it never happened. WiFi is very weak. Room’s front doors make a lot noise when closing. Bathroom towels had a lot of stains.

The room was very very cold. It is my first Time to stay in a four start hotel in bogota Who doesn't have heater. I don't recommend this hotel.

Location good, Poorly run. Rooms hit or miss.
So we booked this hotel for a stay for one night on our way to Cartagena, and then on the return after our visit to Cartagena. First night, for one night. They overbooked the hotel. We had three rooms. Two junior suites and the largest suite. We ended up getting the two junior suites and a very small room to cram in 3 people. At least they had rooms at this point, it was only for a few hours anyway. On our return, We go to check in. They overbook the hotel again. This time they move us to " an upgraded hotel" for the screw up on the front end. We say no we want to stay here, of course being the hotel is overbooked they want us to move to the upgraded place. This hotel location is much better for us and takes away the need for for Taxis, and places we want to walk are near by. Needless to say, we get moved to the upgraded hotel. Just causes all kinds of extra cost to us. A real headache. Taxis are a must now for everything. We actually had one person that could not make the trip, and even though we did not cancel in advance, we asked to cancel and they still charged us, mind you, no room to offer. I would not have minded so much on the first go, but two times, adding all the extra cost, then even when we asked to just cancel the one person, not all the reservations, just a mess. We even had fluent Spanish speaking person in our party. Poorly run. Hotel for the price is not bad, but just run bad,bad,bad.
