Great Location though very noisy (streets and clubs nearby). Excellent service; everyone went beyond expectations to please clientele; Charming architecture, although a bit outdated (bath fixtures and furniture could use some renovation). Within walking distance to major shopping centers, restaurants and health-care centers. Breakfast buffet was very bit limited, but they compensated it by offering you eggs (your style), great variety of fruits, bread and coffee.

Rooms are nice and big. Staff is cordial. But electricity went off for few minutes and after that wifi took a while to get back. And water from taps was brown. Other than that, really good value for money.

Esta bien ubicado en zona norte. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca. El hotel como tal no esta mal pero se ve un poco viejito. Las camas son duras pero si te gustan asi esta bien. Personal es muy amable.

I was in this hotel 4 years ago and I want to say that the breakfast was much better and the furniture was newer, I see that in these 4 years nothing has been done to improve and modernize

Most things are broken , damp, dirty… a broken window and a noisy street and the hardest mattress I have tried . Did not sleep at all. I guess maybe I’m picky but I won’t be coming back . The staff was very polite .

Comfortable Stay
The hotel is in a great location. Across there is a supermarket open 24. There are restaurants and bars close by and a mall walking distance. The customer service was very amiable. The room was very quiet and big. Bed and pillows very confortable. I loved the hot water from the shower. The room needed some TLC and the TV doesn't have Netflix, Apple etc But we will stay here again.

Even The Hotel is “reopening” the staff keeps the property in excellent conditions. We found in SantaFe boutique what we didn’t in other hotel. Giovanni is a gentelman All the staff is professional and gentle.

The Hotel is well located and staff friendly and cooperative, however the hotel is very dated, and the conditions of the room in terms of Towels, Sheets, Bed are very very very very poor. Owner or Management needs to invest in getting new towels and sheets. Other than that the Hotel is good.

Really great location walking distance from many restaurants and shops and nearby mall with cinema. I have stayed here many times. Notice the security guard is no longer there. Too bad, it felt good to be greeted by him.
