Sea Vale has been in our family since my wife was a child. Initially it was only for our own use but since deciding to make it available for others to use we have totally renovated the house, bringing it flying into the 21st Century.

The house is right on the beach with lovely sea views and has a beautiful open plan living style on the ground floor flowing onto a wooden deck with the garden beyond which faces South. Every modern convenience has been thought of including under-floor heating throughout the ground floor. The decor is strictly "seaside" with plenty of little touches that leave you in no doubt that you are living on the beach.

Walk out of the garden gate onto Elmer Beach which has to be one of the quietest & most private beaches on the South coast. Elmer Beach Estate is privately owned with no public access to the beach. During peak seasons and bank holidays there is a gate at the end of the road to limit vehicle access to residents.

Perfect for family gatherings

Super house for a family gathering with easy parking for 4 cars in driveway. So close to the beach you can hear the waves. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Secure for the dogs to run around the garden and minutes to the beach with sand at low tide. Walk to Lobster Pot for delicious coffee. Communication with Judith and Nick was excellent. The balcony space at first floor was something special.

Fabulous house

Short stay bang on the beach. Great house with ensuites for all 4 bedrooms. Location perfect, everything you need at your finger tips.hosts were amazing and had thought of everything from cling film to dog bowls, dishwasher tablets and shower gel. Definitely recommend.

A lovely property in a perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting friends who moved down to Sussex a few years ago. The property is spacious and well layed out. The view from the master bedroom is outstanding

A superb holiday by the sea

House with a view

Lovely property in a fabulous location. Sat watching the waves from the balcony for so long! Great hosts with lots of communication and recommendations before the stay and the little helpful notes throughout the house. Brilliant for large families with plenty of space and amenities. Enjoyable and fun holiday

Well situated for the beach and well appointed for a family holiday.Kite flying and rock pooling, paddle boarding. Some of the window latches need servicing. We had an amazing time.

Great Seaside Break!

Return visit to Sea Vale as a lovely house you feel immediately at home in with everything you need. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy! Wine left to welcome us a much appreciated gesture and already thinking about planning our visit next year. Great location right on the beach with plenty to keep everyone happy by the beach and exploring the surrounding area.

Wonderful house

It was our third year in a row and we loved it. The house has a wonderful feel to it and is very well equipped. Great location with stunning views. Our two Labradors did not want to leave the dog friendly beach!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay with our Scottie dog who loved the enclosed garden. The property had an amazing space upstairs where you could be inside or outside and have the views of the sea, and we loved the decor.

Wish it had been longer! So close to the sea, being able to hear and see the sea was so relaxing. Lovely house for three generations and a small dog. Just wish we could have stayed longer....

A lovely property close to the beach. Kitchen was well appointed, comfortable sitting room and bathrooms all nicely fitted out. Upstairs was amazing with such lovely views even through the rain! Great info book and contact with owner about a couple of queries was appreciated.

What a house! We absolutely loved our stay. The house is stunning and so clean and the decor is gorgeous. It has everything you need too - kids cutlery, plates, cot and high chair. The beach is right outside the back gate as well and so quiet. Was perfect for our dog and kids. There’s amazing places to go nearby too. The owners were also so lovely and answered any questions immediately and were always available to help!! Will definitely want to stay again.

Return stay at Sea Vale

Our second visit 6 months after our first. With a great location and views of the sea, it's a fantastic property to celebrate a special event with family of all ages, and wonderful that dogs are allowed. This time we were able to enjoy the garden as well. Cleanliness of the property was not up to scratch this time but this can easily be resolved. Looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely lovely property by the sea

Our family of 8 and the dogs, had a delightful stay at this lovely seaside home. The property was clean throughout and has a very well stocked kitchen. The sun room with views of the sea was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Having the beach just a few steps away from the garden was fantastic. The garden was beautiful and very secure for the dogs. Even my tiny dog couldnt escape! Would highly recommend and I hope we can stay again sometime. Thanks

Lovely modern home by the sea

We had a family Christmas stay at Sea Vale and everyone was very happy with the property and the location. The house is very homely and well equipped with modern appliances. The owners have clearly gone to a lot of effort (and cost) to make the place feel special. We have stayed in numerous properties in the UK and Europe and Sea Vale is among the best.There is ample parking at the property and good internet too.The beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the house, a mix of shingle, sand and thousands of sea shells. We found the area very quiet and tranquil and nice and dark at night so good for star gazing. There's a couple of pubs not far from the house within walking distance and a very well equipped shop so we did not need to use our cars at all. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to Sea Vale as a very nice place to unwind and take in the sea air located in a friendly community. Whilst it's not that far to drive from the house to Brighton or Bognor one did have the pleasant feeling that we were far from the madding crowd in a little haven off the beaten track, quite hard to find these days!

Sister's reunion

The property was excellent for us, as fully equipped as anyone could wish. We ran out of time to add to the visitors book. The only fly in the ointment had nothing to do with the property but access to the sea which for us was too difficult given the steep incline on the stony surface but clearly those with young children and more limber mobility were making marvellous memories, a joy to see, so for those fit enough, a perfect home and location
