"The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole property was very clean. City views from the top floor were incredible. Our room was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, but very crowded with other guests. Most guests seemed to be staying for a conference so we felt a little out of place. The lobby was also quite busy and loud well into the evening. 2 of 4 elevators were out of service so getting to our room/back to lobby took a bit of time. We parked in the garage across the street and our car was safe and secure both nights. "

"There is no parking without a good walk. With my mobility issues, this was less than ideal. They do have valet parking for $69/night which is insane. The parking was the only issue. The hotel, staff and location was great. "

"We had a terrific three nights stay at Hotel Teatro. Conveniently located across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel, this was a welcome break away from the intensity of the conference that we were attending. Teatro felt like a lovely but more low-key home away from home. The two common areas, the Nickel restaurant and then the breakfast/lobby area had plenty of seating and were never crowded. Our corner double room was bright and spacious. The plumbing was a bit older in the bathrooms, but all clean and well functioning. Delicious and reasonably priced breakfasts."

"The Air Conditioner was not working and the room was very hot. I notified the front desk and about an hour later, someone arrived with a fan. I was told that the air conditioner "tower" was down and they were awaiting a repair. Also, why the shower glass has a porthole window in it is beyond me. Every time we took a shower water would spray outside into the bathroom."

"There is an additional fee of $55 a day for parking. The pool wasn't working."
