Initial greeting was excellent with lovely friendly reception staff. Room was below average and in need of a refurbishment but adequate. Really disappointed with the Customer services, especially the Restaurant supervisor who was arrogant and unhelpful and couldn't be bothered to do his job and actually sent us to Guest relations to complain over an issue with allergy related matters. Things got even worse at Guest Relations where the "Assistant Manager" ended up arguing with us over providing soya or Almond milk. They did provide a carton of soya milk after the complaint but his whole attitude was arrogant and unhelpful. Communication was an issue in the hotel as only a handful of staff could speak English. Food was excellent, facilities good. Spa was good and staff friendly. Mini Market in hotel ok and even sold overpriced Electronic cigarettes in their mini market, even though they are ILLEGAL in Turkey 😉 We have travelled to lots of places around the world and stayed in many, many, 5 star hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel is a mere 3 star Hotel pretending to be a 5 Star hotel - mainly due to their customer services and unhelpful management team. I wouldn't be visiting there again, it's nothing more than Average.

The dining service was bad. The people at the water sport activities that are part of the hotel tried to trick me of playing 40€ for one hour, but actually allowed me to use the water ski only for 10 min.

This is an excellent place in terms of cleanliness, the quality of the food, distinct facilities, and amazing view of the sea. There are three things that need to be fixed tho: 1. Water sports without gas should be free as they are in many other resorts. 2. Both elevators should be remodeled. 3. More training should be provided to the personnel. Especially, the security staff only looks at things without doing anything. And some beach staff uses curse words while talking among each other. And finally, some restaurant staff talks behind other guests. All these three show that they need to be seriously trained!

Excellent Resort! I recommend it.
Excellent help at the front desk, checked us in, got our suitcases to the room. Room had a beautiful sea view on the balcony. They had very good all-you-can-eat food, free bar and good help in the restaurant. They served fish, lamb, pide, pizza, and other Turkish food. They had excellent desert table. Beautiful and clean beach and large clean pool. We liked the Turkish folk dances and belly dance entertainment at night. I just wished a little less nationalistic propaganda in an art show like that. I don't think Russian guest appreciated it.

Very decent resort!
It reflects exactly what you see and expect from the photos. It is a true 4 star resort, with decent food and service. Great amenities and beachfront location. The rooms are slightly outdated but you don’t spend much time in the room anyways. Beautiful views! Overall great value for your money.

This was it two star hotel . The rooms are so old and dirty and smelly. I end up finding another hotel and move to another hotel. The food was in terrible quality,I totally wasted my money on this property I am extremely disappointed.

Money value doesnt deserve the location. You pay much with zero service and quality. 1.They gave us other room not the one we choose. 2. Room is not expected very small and old furniture. 3. No tooth brush. 4.no iron. 5.no ironing table. (What a 5 star hotel doesnt have these simple tools) 6. No room slippers. 7. No toilet rob. 8. Food quality in the restaurant is very bad. 9. U pay all inclusive but alot of things u have to pay for it there. 10. Staff is so rude. 11. I asked for a printer to print a paper they said not working. 12. The only good thing was is the pool activities they did (ONLY). I recommend go take apartment and spend the money in the city.

Superb resort in a beautiful beach location. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and the few things that weren’t exactly right at the start were corrected quickly. Excellent choice of food in restaurant throughout the day with friendly and helpful staff at hand. All staff, from the very enthusiastic animation team right through to the ones keeping the place clean and tidy, all seemed to be genuinely happy to be there. Only two criticisms, firstly the housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Secondly the quality of some of the drinks is dubious, especially certain liqueurs, and due to the end of season timing of our visit there were no fresh fruit juices available to make up cocktails etc. I think they could have made a bit more effort in that area although once again the bar staff serving were exceptional, especially the ones in the upstairs bar. Overall, we had a very enjoyable ten days at Asteria and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

The air condition in the room was really bad not cold at all even maintenance department checked it . The hotel was so good my family and i enjoyed our stay .It has many entertainments such as alots of pools .The selection of food was absulotely excelent and delecious. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and located in a great area. Its about an hour away from the airport so the distance isnt too bad (and there isnt much traffic on the way) There is a taxi service right outside (although Uber is cheaper and available in Bodrum) The staff itself is one of the best things about this. The entertainment team always have activities in and around the pool area, and they are very friendly. There are several restaurants available, the main buffet one which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. The others you need to book for dinner. The choices arent vast (and youre out of luck if you are vegetarian). The one issue with the buffet restaurant is that the staff are too quick to remove the signs from the food, even though its still eating time. So if you arrive late, you are guessing what food you are picking (unless one of the other guests help you out). The massage service is good though a bit pricey however they do look to offer deals. But the people going around when youre resting are very pushy trying to make you take up the service. It should be one talk to see if youre interested, if you arent, thats it, move on (I know they are sales people but you dont want to be over bothered when on holiday) The sea is close and the prices for activities (eg boat trip) are well priced. The night activities are fun too. A very nice resort to stay at.

The staff doesn’t speak English. Also the service does not set up tables or clean them in the buffet restaurant. I had to get my own water. The place has a lot of potential but they need more employees to accommodate people. The place is too big and too many stairs. The ac barely works. The pool entertainment is poor. Not a 5 star restaurant at all.
