Hotel rooms need an update, 3 star max. Entertainment was rubbish if any. Food good, pool and servers good. Bathrooms and entertainment crew let the place down

We booked this property as it had very high ratings. It’s nothing like what you see in the pictures. If ur familiar with Clubmed, it’s on the lower side of their property. The staff was so rude to us and unhelpful and even made fun of us when we asked if we could have a room that wasn’t by the night party. They said the party will stop at 11:00pm due to regulations and that’s a lie. Party till 2:00AM every night. The food is probably some of the most awful things I’ve ever seen in my life. Although lots of it, truly unappetizing in every way. The beds were so uncomfortable that we had to ask for extra heavy blankets to help with the springs in our backs and legs. The AC didn’t work and they were arguing that it was. 3 hours later and arguing with the dismissive manager, we had service in our room at 11:30pm and they were able to clean the vents and service the AC as crap just kept falling on our floors and our luggage. If you need a cab, don’t you dare ask for help. Your on your own! The grounds look beautiful but don’t be fooled, the rest of the place is a true 2 star US standard rating.

Great hotel. Very clean, receptionist are super helpful if you need anything. The entertainment team is great, different activities each day very energetic knows how to get people involved. The only downside I would say is the food very bland and repetitive, we ate out most times.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with garden views room 2144 had a strong rotten egg smell and room 2149 looked out onto a rubbish storage area, both balconies had not been cleaned. Room 2144 couldn’t be attended to until after leaving and couldn’t swap rooms. Couldn’t book Italian due to being fully booked in advance if the stay was longer told that we would get a table. Hotel ran out of room keys. Plus points staff are extremely attentive areas outside clean, pool great for family and young children

Utku the manager was extremely helpful and gave us an incredible room. Delaria in concierge planned our stay and gave us advice and booked us sight seeing tours. Food was amazing. All staff were so kind and pampering us to the max. I will come back again and again.

Great pool area with excellent surrounding gardens. Good food with friendly staff. The only downsides were the poor-quality children's area which in my opinion was dangerous for kids to play-in due to the uneven rubber surface and the area as you approached the hotel which looked like a war zone due to the extremely poor road condition. Would definitely put me off returning.

I stayed at Labranda TMT hotel for 11 nights, this is not a 5-star hotel for sure. Food and drinks quality, building condition and cleanliness were all bad. Thin walls make you hear snoring from other rooms in the middle of the nights. Cats are everywhere in the restaurant, even sometimes jump on the tables and leak food from plates. And get ready to pay for everything, even when you ask them for a scale to weigh your suitcases, they charge you $1 per suitcase. I booked this hotel for easy access to the city center, however there’s no sidewalk for walking. The road in front of the hotel is all bumpy and dusty, it makes you so dizzy even you’re sitting in a taxi.

Everything was really nice the environment and we enjoyed our room, it was clean and big. The location is great very nearby the city center. Also the team for the activities were very fun and helpful. The one negative thing when we dealt with the Spa and the Salon. They were very rude they just wanted us to pay but we didn’t want to get the service. I worn you from them would not recommend.

Amazing animation entertainment crew we’d definitely consider going back just for them.Restaurant service was a delight,location was excellent.The only issue I had was after booking my stay I had to delay it one day, the front desk wouldn’t accommodate me.So basically I paid for 14 days but stayed for only 13.

Not everyone's cup of tea
Waiting staff at the restaurant are all friendly and helpful, cannot say the same as for reception who can barely converse in english, let alone informing you correctly about the various activities within the hotel, which we learnt once it was too late. Some others try to push you to purchase add on services which are expensive compared to prices within the area. Food is abundant but blunt, same goes for drinks using extremely cheap alcohol. Hotel ambiance is nice so is the decor.

Very hard bed
Disappointed that superior rooms are all downstairs, no views. Booked as was prepared to pay more for balcony and sea view. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. I do understand covid changes facilities but indoor pool was advertised and not available, same as the steam room. Plenty of nice salads, but lack of meat/ fish choices. Deserts delicious. Music around the pool often too loud for us. Overall an expensive stay, but the staff were all very helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. This is what a true all inclusive hotel should be like. They had great drink options as well as plenty of food choices. The room was good but the bathrooms could use some renovating. The pool was great. The beach was good if you could find any chairs there. The staff especially at dinner were great and never left you needing anything. They made my trip to Bodrum wonderful.
