This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. We end up thinking of calling the police as this was unsafe for our baby and the staff didn’t want to help. Then the manger arrived and he changed the room to another one with aircon. I requested a fridge to store milk for my baby but the fridge was not working (in both rooms). They dont have wifi service in the room so if you need to contact to the internet you have to go outside. Reception staff don’t speak English very well so it is very difficult to communicate with them. We requested room service and we got told that they dont do it but we can see that food and drink are being delivered to peoples room. The restaurant has a very nice outside area but you can never sit there let alone eating as it’s filled with wasps. They also dont have lift to all the floors so we had to carry the pram and baby up 4-5 flights of stairs. Having said that they have very nice and clean pools. Nice beach. Generally speaking staff are friendly.

This hotel is very poorly managed, they did not change our bedsheets for 4 days, no kids many available and the quality of food in overall is way below satisfaction, no bar soap you need to buy your own, no sandy beach, the picture you see represents a gravel beach, not a safe place for families with kids as drunk people wonder around until 2 am in the morning yelling and annoying anyone beside them. The management cares less about all of that. Not worth the trip or spending your money at this hotel. Do not get deceived by the pictures you see. The reality is way different and you will regret your stay at this Nightmares Resort.

Its a very nice family/coupe hotel. I was with my gf for a week and hotel is really nice. Pros: The location of the hotel is great! Breathtaking sea view from rooms make you feel great during vacation. All staff are friendly, especially front office team and guest relations manager Ms. Fatma were very friendly and professional. Big infinity pool has an amazing view. Food was also good. Cons: Wifi is terrible!!! I read negative reviews about poor Wifi and they were right. Management needs to update Wifi immediately. They need also to renovate rooms and upgrade furniture. Additionally, there were many ants at the tea restaurant. All over it was a nice hotel with a great sea view!

Our time in the hotel was absolutely amazing!! The staff were extremely friendly, food variety was endless, the views and location was really great. We enjoyed our time so much that we’re thinking of coming back for the summer!! There are lots of options to do different activities so it was never boring. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Bodrum.

Everything was very nice and felt very safe. Food was OK, beach was nice and not crowded. The only slight disappointment was the Turkish restaurant which despite paying €20 for and there only being 12 customers took over 1 hr 40 minutes to get served.

Great animation team and stunning infinity pool
We had a really great experience at this hotel. We were upgraded on arrival to the newer rooms that overlook the infinity pool and ocean and what a view! The staff were really kind and professional and our overall experience was really positive. The only real area for improvement would be the variety of food at all the restaurants - after 4 days, we were tired of the food and felt the need to eat out. All in all, we would highly recommend. A big shout out to the animation team for being incredibly friendly and doing a good job at keeping everyone's spirits high.

Amazing hotel and facilities
The hotel’s location is amazing only 10 mins taxi ride to Bodrum city centre and 20 mins to the airport. We had a great time with all the activities and I would defiantly recommend any family to stay there. The facilities are brilliant and the deluxe rooms and suits are amazing too. The kids had a brilliant time at the kids club, and water slides. The sea views are perfect And the beach is perfect too. Only down side was the lack of the number of staff where tables took time until it got prepared.

AMAZING STAY WITH AMAZING STAFF!
The view was AMAZING, the staff was incredibly sweet and HARD WORKING! Everywhere we went while we stayed at the resort the staff remembered our names and went above and beyond to ensure my girlfriend and I had a great time. The food was good, the atmosphere was family oriented yet still fun for adults, and there was always something to do!

The property itself was nice and the contracted staff e.g the photographers, and waiting staff were friendly. However the people working there really let it down. We found them extremely rude, very unwelcoming and made us feel like a complete inconvenience to be staying at their hotel. was a shame but we tried to ignore this and focus on the better qualities. Somehow the information was poor between the staff - I booked a double bed room but instead got a room with 2 single beds. How they ended up fixing this wasn't professional and what you could expect from a 5star resort. The hair dryer in our room was broken. So was the phone, so we couldn't call to reception at all, which was unfortunate because our room was quite far from it. During day time the wine they served was warm. I think most of the people prefer to enjoy their white and rose wine cold. Otherwise the resort was nice, clean pool areas, lovely food and very good service at the restaurant.

The hotel needs renovation.. but it’s ok. Staff are friendly and nice. We have to ask many times for room clean!! The only notice is room cleaning

Clean, food average, sewer leak at main steps to beach only partially fixed but broke one day and still smells after repair, not enough beach umbrellas, people take your chairs or umbrellas, swimming great, entertainment above average, beautiful view from sea view rooms, spa guy who runs the little desk at top pool shared his disgusting views in politics on my last day TERRIBLE (he should be fired, Dr on his name tag) he even said he hates half of his turkish countrymen, Turkish coffee bar lacks good service completely as even manager took our coffee to his guests and served himself first and right in front of us and sat down among the trees and there was another guest waiting behind us, never saw a manager do that in my life TERRIBLE, plenty of places to relax with good views, not enough seating for meal times so get there early NOT GOOD, some waiters are great and some are not, beach service only happens during early morning as once busy forget it. Upon arrival guard gate did not notify and we had to take luggage uphill to check in, not a huge deal but not five star treatment. Overall a four star at best.

definitely not a 5 star.
first of all, even though we've already asked for a double bed, all we've found 2 seperate single beds. we were like "ok, let's call the reception guy and ask for a double one." she was always like "ok we gonna handle it asap." but guess what, they didn't bring the double one at all. the staff were really helpful but the food wasn't really great at all. the location is really good, just 20 minutes away from city center by a car. i would say it was a good experience overall but i don't really think that one's gonna meet your expectations if you're looking for a 5 star hotel.

Very nice facility but got ripped off by the staff
The resort was very spacious and luxurious, there are lots of pools, a spa and a lot of activities to do but I had two unpleasant incidents. Unfortunately I got a fever when I was there and I could only have soup during my stay becasue of my sore throat. Every time I ordered one it took me 3 calls to make them understand what I want, they brought it after 45 minutes and it was cold. The second incident is that I had to take antibiotic shots given by the nurse of the resort. I bought the syringes and the solutions from a pharmacy and the nurse only had to inject it in my arm. The first two days he didnt say anything, but as I was about to check out he told me that each shot costs 20€ ! Even though he didnt tell me that before and I had them for free when I had them injected one time in a clinic in the city. Anyways I payed a total of 60€ and asked for an invoice but the nurse told me that he cant make one that day, it will take him two days to make. So I asked him to send it to my email so I can claim it from my insurance, but he never did, I kept calling for a week and I talked to the receptionist, they told me that they would tell him and still got nothing in my email.

Good and the bad!!
The resort is at a great location with relaxing views and great place to swim/snorkel. It's a short mini bus drive away from bodrum for those of you who want to experience what the city night life has to offer. Rooms are not terrible but can definitely use some uplifting. They did have plenty of food options as far as I was concerned but the problem was the service. Staff were merely walking around and only came to u if u called them over. After a while, I just gave up and grabbed my own drinks. This is one area that needs to be addressed and I cannot address that enough. The restaurant manager was busy at the salad bar so I m not sure if he was even aware of any of these issues. The other dude seemed to chat more w waiter staff than to direct or correct this major issue. Please address this issue as otherwise this is a good resort.

Very nice hotel with beautiful view!!
It was an amazing time in blue dreams resort and spa we had lot of fun we liked the place so much it was organized, clean and staff so helpful food was excellent. The kids had fantastic time especially on the slides they enjoyed themselves. We absolutely loved it!!! We would definitely go there again.

Positives: Ozzie the animation guy was amazing and has excellent customer service skills. Denis from massage parlour and all massage staff were lovely and not forceful to purchase their services. Negatives: Food very bland, no gym as described by Expedia more of a building site, housekeeping was poor and it took them 4 days to remove dirty cups.

Very bad
This was my second time at this resort . I was here 4 or 5 years ago. At that time it was good . But this time it is terrible for many reasons which could be summarized in 2 words : Everything as it was before and got worse . All furniture is getting old and not suitable ; closets and drawers in the rooms do not close, showers are bad too . Dirt and very small bugs and tree leafs all over the place . Food is really bad and tasteless , tables are very dirty , the eating facilities like knives and forks are very dirty . Coffee is the worst could anyone has ever tried . The noise of the place especially loud mucic till midnight !!! And it is difficult to describe . I arrived the first day of the season opening and l was shocked . In general the rooms rate is very high and it is not worth what you get . Thanks God l moved to another hotel l will rate after l finish my stay .....

It was the most boring stay in a hotel in my life
My experience is very bad and l was anxious to leaving the hotel this noon . Dirt is all over the place for the trees they have . They do not use the new building . Why l really do not know . Food is the worst ever . Very moody staff !!! It is difficult for me to say more about this terrible experience . And l have decided not to come back to Bodrum again. Cheating is all above the place !!!

My friend and I booked a last minute getaway to Blue Dreams last week, needing a little R&R away from London...we were not disappointed! What a lovely hotel this is, not only due to the amazing location and views, or the amenities, but because of the amazing staff throughout the resort who looked after us so well and made sure we wanted for nothing. The food was delicious, we didn't want for anything during our stay. My friend has a food allergy which was communicated to the chefs as soon as we mentioned it. House wine and spirits were a pleasant surprise too, good quality and the bar staff were creating some delicious cocktails for us throughout the week! The spa facilities onsite are not included in the 'all inclusive' package but I would highly recommend their services - after a turkish bath, skin peel, massage and facial I felt like a new woman! On-site facilities are great, with 4 pools to choose from (including the beautiful infinity pool), private beach, and private jetties from which to enjoy the lovely sun and beautiful views. Huge thanks to Anne and the great team of staff across the resort who made sure we wanted for nothing during our stay and were so polite and friendly - we can't wait to come back and see you all again soon...it'll feel like visiting old friends!

Beautiful resort with wonderful, friendly staff!
I loved my stay in Blue Dreams. The views alone were a reason to stay there. The food was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and special as they could (special mention to customer relations manager, Anne). The spa and Turkish bath (first experience for me) were wonderful and the infinity pool was tremendous too. Highly recommend his beautiful resort.

Nice hotel with beautiful grounds, but not 5 star.
Pros: -Beautiful grounds and surroundings. -Simply amazing infinity pool. -Food quality. -Room cleanliness. Cons: -Specialty restaurants are not open every day. Only one is open per day and require advanced reservations! This is not mentioned on the hotel details. -Wait staff is not attentive. There are a bunch of them, but they run around like chickens with their heads cut off. -Front desk is not efficient and not accommodating of guest requests. -In room fridge is not well stocked and requests are not filled promptly
