Perfect get-away in the Cairngorms
The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed. The view over the surrounding countryside is beautiful and makes for a very relaxing stay. We'll definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Great location
Well presented home from home with good facilities between the caravan and site. Fairly good location for all of the Cairngorms and Inverness etc. Locally the facilities are also good for shops, fuel and outdoor equipment if needed.

All you could ask for a short stay, very clean and comfortable property, very well located for exploring the area and a bonus view from the lounge when relaxing after a busy day out.

Beautiful Location
The owner was excellent...I couldn't figure out the stove and I emailed him, after 5 pm and he emailed back within 5 minutes and within 15 he had someone their to show me how to use it! The location was absolutely beautiful, the quiet country setting. The caravan had everything needed. The little town was charming and felt very safe. Truly a great place to vacation! Bonus: perfect for day trips into the Highlands and the attractions!

Spacious accommodation
Great sized accommodation in a good location in the park. Very handy having two bathrooms and two showers. Heating was quick to heat the whole place now that it's getting chilly again. Ideal location for lots of activities. Would definitely stay again. Good communication with the owner before arrival with all details we would need.

Milano Chalet.
The bath towels were old. There were no hand towels provided, as they should have been according to the inventory. There was no paper towel provided, also as should have been according to the inventory. No spare toilet rolls were provided. We had to buy extra. The chalet was not spotlessly clean, especially the en suite toilet along the bottom of the shower door, and the floor edge. Heating: the boiler did not fire when we turned up the thermostat for heating. The boiler showed an "F 1 fault" (low water pressure). The cause of this was that the water was turned off. We feel that this should have been set up for instant use as no one on the site was prepared to help. It was just trial and error on our part which got it going. When it was working, the heating and the hot water were excellent.

Hi Derek. I'm sorry to hear that you had experienced problems during your stay. I've now replaced all towels and instructed my cleaner to add additional toiletries etc in a more visible manner instead of storing them in the main bedroom's underbed storage area. A slight weep at the bathroom radiator caused the water pressure to drop thus causing the warning message on the boiler. Thanks for informing me on all. Best Regards David

Poor communication with the owner the hot tub was broken my disability son was too much upset
I hope they have a ggod hot tub we paid to much for the acommodation our disability son was upset because he cant use it on his 3 day of stay , poir communication with the owner , we did not enjoy the holiday

Hello Aurelio. Regarding the hot tub issue. Unfortunately I was away offshore thus not being able to come up for investigation. I did manage to come up to the chalet soon after your departure and the immediate reason why the hot tub was not working - SOMEBODY SWITCHED THE POWER PLUG SOCKET OFF!! Once power was restored it worked perfectly! Initially I thought it was a blown/tripped fuse. Naturally I was shocked (no pun intended). I'm sorry that this spoilt your stay. Fortunately the hot tub is no longer available.

Small vacation good staying location
Good communication from David, explained what was needing done to book in and any issues regarding the caravan. The new Wi-Fi was great helped entertain the family when not out venturing. The caravan was perfectly located for what we needed to do in our ventures eg landmark adventure 5 minute drive, the zoo 10 minute drive aviemore itself 10 minute drive. Problem we had it was such a short journey that we couldn’t fit everything in.. the heating within the caravan was great which as we all know this time of year is freezing so it was long heating the caravan up. All utensils were there that was needed and caravan was spacious for family of 4…… let’s just say overall the kids didn’t want to go home which made us happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use David’s caravan in the future. Thanks.

Quite location with a beautiful view...
Place is very clean, it has everything you need for a self catering holiday except for salt and pepper :) but there is a shop in the village. We ve communicated very well with the owner, kept us right in a few matters. Hopefully we ll be back in summer when the scenery is different. See you later David 👍. Mihai family.

Lovely Stay
Lovely stay, very homely after a mix up with arriving at the caravan and the cleaners had not been in. After contacting David to let him know he sorted very quickly. Absolutely beautiful caravan. Didn’t want to come home, just a little gutted our youngest couldn’t go in the advertised hot tub as it was broken and wasn’t made aware of this as the caravan had been booked earlier on in the year.

Exceptional location and accommodation
Fantastic break away, communication was perfect leaving nothing to chance, facilities were super, the hot tub was such a bonus and believe me we certainly made full use of this! All amenities within a short distance and added extras with bikes provided for those a bit more adventurous! Highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Definitely already looking forward to returning

Immaculate chalet
Superb stay in an immaculate property. Minor hiccup with hot tub on arrival but very quickly sorted with fabulous communication from David. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and were lucky to get a clear sky and saw the milky way and a meteor shower. We had delicious take away pizza from Anderson's, and a tasty meal at JBs at the golf club. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely weekend away
Caravan was very clean and well furnished, everything you could possibly need for your stay, park was very peaceful and well situated, hut tub was brilliant. The owner was very accommodating, provided banners and balloons for the 2 birthdays we were celebrating. Fabulous stay. Peaceful and relaxing with all that we needed.
Lovely chalet- a home from home. Clean and very comfortable with everything we needed and more. Perfect for a family of 4 (Including 2 teenagers) . Very peaceful and with wonderful view. Hot tub was an added bonus. Location great- Village shop and 2 Restaurant / pubs. Beautiful woodland walks. A short drive into Aviemore. Stayed 4 nights and didn’t want to leave! This was absolutely perfect, we were looking for somewhere to chill out for a few days and this was great. The location was ideal close to lots of places like Inverness, Aviemore and the highland wildlife centre but was isolated enough that it was so quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing, ideal to chill in after a busy day. The caravan itself was very clean, bigger than I expected. We had to cook our own meals at night due to lockdown but the kitchen in the caravan was very well equipped we were able to make everything. I would definitely recommend this property

10/10 for location, facilities, cleanliness and view. This Chalet is situated in the prime location of the holiday park with the most beautiful and private view. The Chalet itself is very spacious, modern and very clean which is very important with a young family. The owner was fantastic with regards to communication. I honestly cannot recommend this Chalet enough

Fantastic family break.
The lodge was lovely and in a fabulous location and very well stocked with everything you need. It was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The decking area is really spacious and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a 2 minute walk to the village pub and train station. There is an off road path in the village to Aviemore which can be walked or cycled, it's approx 5 miles. We chose to walk and were lucky to see deer along the way. The bus back took 10 mins. The wifi signal unfortunately was non existent which wasn't ideal for our 12 year old however, we made our own entertainment and there were books, games and DVDs provided also. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It was in the best position to explore and also had the best view where the lodge was situated.

Clean well kept, everything was easy to work out, we appreciated the hot tub and used it every day, we did not have to go far for walks there was a small problem which was quickly ( the same day) attended to.
