I also made a booking mistake, the manager helped me cancel that and rebook correctly for the same day. That level of support really stood out. The only minor issue was that the shower drain got clogged, although housekeeping mentioned it was a mechanical issue and would be fixed. Overall, a very pleasant stay with helpful staff and good service."
