Nothing at this motel worked there was no working hottub or pool, the ice machine didn’t work, there were no towels in our room or soap shampoo or conditioner it was extremely loud and there was no breakfast service the next morning and there was no WiFi we never received a receipt from them, I was charged on Expedia for the room then my wife’s card was charged $100for the room after we had left that we left for the security deposit!

The staff needs better training and communication. The first room was already occupied The facility needs a lot of repairs The roofs leaked, door locks were broken, internet only worked in the lobby.

The person who checked us in was very nice. However when we got to the room, the toilet would not flush. We were moved to another room and there we experienced: the TV did not work, the carpet had not been vacuumed as there was dog kibble on the floor (whole and crushed), the bathroom floor was dirty, and the internet did not work. There was a lot of traffic noise and sirens. There was a mattress on the front lawn and no phones in the room with which to call the front desk. And the room smelled like someone had smoked in there.

When I checked in there were no lights on in the lobby and there was a kid hunched over in a chair at the front desk with his face in his phone. "Checkin in?" he did not even look up. He handed me a sheet of paper to sign and in a threatening tone warned me about 250.00 fine for smoking in the room, I don't smoke, and 250.00 fine for animals, don't have those either. Card keys did not work. All the other front desk staff were no better. Next time Days Inn across the street. Avoid this place!

Property is filthy with mold on the walls. Poor maintenance and upkeep. Our toilet in the room was broken. The AC unit was dripping water all over the carpet. The smell in the room was awful. Most disappointing SureStay I have ever stayed in.

Room was dirty, crumpled toilet paper on the floor. WiFi did not work. Key cards did not work, party member had to wait 20 minute's in the cold for staff to unlock their door. Will never again use this place.

Hour delay for check in due to office computer offline. Did not get the reserved room. First room was not made up and had to return to the office for another room. TV did not work. Initial flow of hot water was rusty. Overall this place is not well managed or maintained. Go elsewhere.

It’s a good location and rooms fairly quiet. Street noise can’t be controlled by motel after all. Although breakfast is included, it was disappointing. Some minor details : only one towel an no washcloths. No hand soap for bathroom sink. Wall dispensers in shower hard to operate. But overall: Priced right

Absolutely horrible stay, all my husbands work equipment was stolen from our vehicle. And no cameras on the property, absolutely ridiculous. Don’t stay here unless you like to feel violated and have your belongings stolen. Also, don’t advertise as “great for families”, because in no one is this safe for anyone let alone babies.

Late check-in was flexible. Very close from the parking spot. The heater worked fine. Overall, it was a great stay. The breakfast could be better with more options (Like Waffle)

Staff was not friendly or trained, dining was unsafe homeless coming for breakfast no milk or cereal for kids no milk for coffee they had some old thick creamer, had to get 2 sets of keys for a room that didn’t work then decided to give me another room had to walk to them 3 times before I could get to the room will not stay again

We arrived 1 hour early from out of town. Sorry you cannot check in early, even though there are few car in the lot. Okay, your bathroom? We do not allow people to use the bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service. Okay, morning continental breakfast. The eggs, were scary, pass. It's a good thing when I opened the packaged Danish it flipped out upside down, it was moldy, I could have taken a bite of that thing. Ice machine, no out of service. Room service did not replace an empty toilet paper roll. Bathroom door did not close shut. No phone in our room.

The pictures must be from a long time ago, this place looks pretty run down. The carpet is filthy, we wouldn't dare walk barefoot on it. The bathtub bottom is gray worn out. The images of the rooms and pool look like a much better version of them. We left as soon as possible.

Dirty linens not stocked for party arriving. Shower worked well and comfortable beds. Pool down for in middle of july. Main reason we booked there was pool. It was manageable for single night stay.

We absolutely could not stay here. The facility was awful. The water was tinted brown, the sink was coming off the wall. They turn off the fans and air between visitors so it was over 80° in our room. We were too hot and nauseated to stay there and booked elsewhere. The staff was very nice and tried their best but it was out of their control.

This place is so filthy. I had to go three times to get sheets the sheets were so nasty and stained you couldn't even resell them at Goodwill. I asked them to trade me rooms and the next room was just as filthy as the next. The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is it had good hot water. I wouldn't even waste time buying gasoline to burn this place down, just throw a match on it and start over. I am surprised that hotels.com or Best Western allows their name to be associated with this place.

The young lady at the hotel was really lovely and helpful . The room is very nice and updated Disappointed that this really nice pool was locked up. The staff weren’t aware of the issue and offered to speak to the managerbut the manager offered a discount so that was very much appreciated ! Things happen but the service was lovely
