But this house needs some improvements to live up to the standards for a rental in this community. we have rented here for the last 15 years. 1\. sidewalk entry path is very dangerous, roots under the pavers have made it difficult to walk on. 2\. Television - We had to use our Hulu account to be able to access the TV. (Owner was very helpful in getting it set up but that's not what you expect at these prices. 3\. Bedding - Creepy, sheets were thread bare and pilled. I went to Walmart and purchased new sheets for my bed and brought them home. 4\. Bathrooms, Towels were fine but no amenities such as shampoo, conditioner or face wipes, could be found. There was a pre used bar of soap in the shower, again not what you would expect. 5\. We don't think the top of the refrigerator had been cleaned in a year, but the rest of the house was up to standards. ##### Phil T. Top half of a window in one of the upstairs bedroom was not completely shut. I closed it and sprayed and killed several spiders so my son wouldn't get bit. Beer and liquor in the fridge was a shock. Screened in porch is pleasant and patio partly covered so you can have shade or sun. The villa is very simple and tailored for golfers. Limited cookware, dated kitchen, appliances and bathrooms.
