"While recently visiting Daleville Town Center to research a potential retirement move there, I stayed at the newly opened Hampton Inn by Hilton, and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is terrific, has lots of amenities (including a snack shop in the lobby, gym, and swimming pool), and the staff are great. Everyone was very kind, and went well above and beyond the make sure my stay was the enjoyable.
The room was so new! Everything was super comfortable, and the walk-in shower was a treat.
Another perk is the location - perfectly located in the Town Center, with so much within a five minute walk! Restaurants, stores, and a CVS are all nearby, as is the new Dunkin’. And, all of this is surrounded by the prettiest mountain views you can imagine, along with green, lush woods. My window had a view where a deer popped out every day.
It was a great week, so I wanted to share my visit, and thank everybody there again for making me feel welcome.
Oh, and next time, I’m totally stealing that waffle maker! Haha! Seriously, the breakfast was awesome every morning. "
"The lodge is older, but very clean with nice beds and linens. I do miss a fridge and microwave in the rooms, but the restaurant staff were very accommodating to provide hot water for my tea. The beauty surrounding the lodge is unbeatable. Love the chairs outside to sit and enjoy the quiet beauty of the lake and Sharp Top. Such a peaceful place! We enjoyed hiking on the many trails right here. Hope to come back!!"
"Good motel for the price. No Shampoo in room, but clean towels & soap provided.
Tub was a little small for a soak, but still good.
Lots of quick food options within 5min walk/drive and a few shops nearby for last minute needs.
