Cute as a button! Bear Paw is nestled in the mountains of Cherry Log, GA, just 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge shopping and dining.

Walk through the front door of Bear Paw and you'll instantly feel overtaken by the sweet southern atmosphere of the Blue Ridge mountains. Curl up to the fire downstairs and enjoy a movie or simply...some quiet time. With a well-equipped kitchen, whip up some mealtime favorites and enjoy them on the quaint dining room table that's the perfect size for two to four guests. In each bedroom, you'll be able to enjoy television as well as a tastefully decorated sitting area with views where you can have a seat and read or listen to the sounds of nature. In the upstairs bedroom, you may enjoy a nice soak in the jetted bathtub.

Walk outside to the deck and you'll be able to surround yourself with mountain views for an outdoor meal, or a visit to the hot tub where you'll find it's quite easy to relax in peace.

Great stay
The cabin was great. The microwave stopped working, they sent a technician out right away. He could not fix the problem but brought a counter top model with him that worked fine. The only complaint I have is the hot tub cover was ridiculously heavy. I will book the property again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a couple hiccups but the staff at Southern Comfort were great and got the problems resolved quickly.

Bear Paw Stay
Cabin was comfortable and cozy. Location was perfect, high up on the mountain. It felt like you were living in the tree tops. When we arrived a smoke detector was beeping every few minutes. Called the property manager and she said she would send someone to replace the battery but they never came. We took the detector off the wall and put it outside in the car because it was so loud! My only issue with the cabin itself is that the bathrooms are tiny and there is no shower upstairs. Also, as with most of the cabins in N GA, there is no insulation between the floors. You can hear someone snoring upstairs if you are below them. It is a beautiful place overall! Great for a weekend getaway and situated perfectly between Blue Ridge and Elijay.

A nice get away
The property is quiet, comfortable, with beautiful views and close to town. The road up has a few areas that are rough and not county maintained. Sign to Bears Paw was knocked down and hard to see. In fact, we passed it the first time and almost one other time. Loved the spot and would recommend to anyone that wanted to unwind. Thank you for sharing your cabin. A few more coffee cups would be nice

Perfect getaway!
Wow! What a view! This cabin was the perfect getaway for us. We were able to work remotely with the great internet service and enjoy what the Blue Ridge area has to offer. The cabin was well-appointed, clean and comfortable.
