No candles or fire of any kind may be used other than the propane fireplace and fire table provided at the home. 6\. Porch: For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to move any furniture, including from inside to outside the home. 7\. No pets are allowed. Bringing unauthorized animals on the premises will incur a fine of $500 per animal. The guest booking the visit is responsible for repairs, replacements, and cleaning required for damages caused by any guest’s animal(s) during the stay. Service animals are permitted, with proof of certification. 8\. Trash: Before checkout, please place all trash in the outdoor bear-proof container located near the concrete parking pad. 9\. Supply Closets: The owner has three locked supply closets in the unit, one in the kitchen, one off the living room, and one in the theater room. These are not available to guests. A fine of $250 fine will be incurred for any damages resulting from tampering with the locks, plus replacement costs for any items removed from the closets. 10\. Extended Stays: Stays of 14 days or longer are subject to weekly hot tub service fee of $50 and general cleaning service fee of $280 every 2 weeks. 11\. Must be 25 and up to rent. All I can say is Wow! This is one of the nicest homes I've ever stayed in through VRBO. The home was extremely clean and well put together. They thought of every little detail to make the home comfortable and inviting. The kids loved the downstairs game room and the bunk room (with lights on the bunk bed)! We all loved the fire table and hot tub. All of the beds were comfortable and the Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The hosts were very quick to respond and very accommodating. Great location too...very close to anything you need in Blowing Rock. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again in a heartbeat! ##### Melanie T. Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2023 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Todd S. 18 May 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Cozy Mountain Cabin close to everything you need We are a family of 6 with 4 kids between 15-21 all of whom are elite distance runners so our plan was to explore the running trails in high altitude in the cool mountain pre-summer climate. This house was the perfect location for us as most of the best trails were accessed via the Blue Ridge parkway which is just 7-8 minutes drive from this house. Downtown Boone was also close, about 10-12 minutes away and made for easy access to everything we need. The 4 kids all stayed in the bunk room (set of bunks with 4 beds total), grandma stayed in the second King and my wife and I stayed on the main floor master King which was super nice. The cabin had a quaint, cozy cabin feel with warm furnishing features but also without all the cheesy typical mountain things you see in many cabins. We cooked all our breakfasts and dinners here as well which was easy with all the necessary kitchen supplies. The decks are great as well!
