"Everything at Hotel Doolin was wonderful, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the kindness we received after an unfortunate accident early in our visit. The staff went above and beyond, checking in on us regularly over the following days and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. They graciously kept the kitchen open after hours to ensure we were cared for and comfortable.
When it came time to leave, we were touched to receive a loaf of freshly baked bread—a simple yet heartfelt gesture that perfectly captured the spirit of genuine Irish hospitality. From our arrival to our farewell, we felt sincerely looked after.

"Hotel was located right off the coast road about 20 minutes away from Galway. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the 9 steps to navigate with suitcases. The staff were friendly and helpful. Apparently this is a popular hotel weddings.
Had a nice dinner at the onsite restaurant/bar and then got to watch a beautiful sunset over the water.
Breakfast was included and had the usual fare with something for everyone."
"First of all, the property is perfection! The staff is the best! Don't get me started on the breakfast! The chef in that kitchen is an artist! Take a walk into town and go to the pub for great food and so much fun experiencing the Irish music! All that and you haven't even seen the cliffs yet! Great stay. Seriously great stay! "
"The BlackBerry Lodge is a very nice place to stay. It’s very convenient to get to the ferry and there are also plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. The rooms are spacious and each has its own private en suite. They offer a hot breakfast for an additional cost. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful."
"11/10 easily. I travel for a living and stay in hundreds of hotels and houses and house with character was easily in the top 3. Wonderful hosts who were friendly but also unobtrusive. Wonderful house with plenty of space and amenities, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. Like just wow. We spent a week here and I'll remember this stay forever. It was that good. Rooms were spotless, bathrooms were spotless, kitchen was spotless. We did laundry and went to a nearby town for groceries and had a perfect week. Thank you for sharing your home with us, I honestly feel lucky. "
