Bedford, Indiana Quality Inn

Bathroom was filthy, ring in tub and toilet was dispicable. Pull out couch had dirty linen. Looked like the balcony had never been cleaned. One day they didn't do room service. Good news front staff were very nice and embarrassed at what I gave them to deal with. Never stay here. Negative 1 rating

Clean, conveniently located motel.

Pros: The first floor rooms with a rear door to a patio are very convenient for smokers.
Cons: Perhaps an anomaly but I killed a couple dozen very small ants on the right side of the sink counter top during my stay.
Location: Spring Mill State Park is not far to the south with a Gus Grissom Museum at it's entrance. The area's rolling hills are a pleasure to explore by car.
The facility and the room were clean. The room was nicely equipped with a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Both sets of lobby doors open automatically when exiting, very convenient when one has two full hands. Washer and drier located a short walk from the room. The TV was HD but the video service was very obviously analog.

Run down and not the cleanest

Bathroom ceiling tiles were stained and practically falling out. Shower bar and towel bars coming out of walls. Stains in carpet. Air conditioner had terrible musty smell. Room was dark and gloomy. Hallway smelled like mold and feet. Iron was useless and put out an awful burning smell along with brown water or something. Stains all over ironing board. Had to ask for new iron. Some outlets in the room did not function.

No signs to tell us we were at the hotel. Tub had water standing in it when we checked in. Beds were rock hard and tiny. Disappointed with this stay.
