"The hallways abdelevators were very dated. A few walls had some fist-sized dents. However, the room was very clean, updated, and the bed was comfy. Lobby was very nice and inviting. Staff was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. "

"I have stayed in a bunch of hotels but this by far had to be one of the best experiences ever! Whoever taught the customer service experience to this staff should be training staff around the country. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything that you needed and they did it with a smile. I would give 10 stars if I could!"
