Private: natural state property 3 ha, swimming pool with privacy (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Mar. - 02.Nov.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 17 km. Nearby attractions: Gavaudun 7 km, Monflanquin 15 km.
