"A traditional period hotel with charming features, a nice atmosphere and spacious character bedrooms. Good range of food on the menu although would have liked more dairy free options for our daughter. Good complimentary toiletries and the fans in our rooms were a perfect addition in the warm weather. Helpful and friendly staff and a big/free car park. A little noisy where we were at around 730-8am, due to cleaning/food trollies. "
"Nice hotel / pub close to Blandford town! Everything was perfect in the room with a mini fridge with milk, water, kettle etc for us. It was very clean, tidy, safe and very friendly whilst staying there. Only downside is it is a bit out dated need to replace the mattress as it was very old. "
