Renovated in 2018, this semi-detached house is located 300 meters from the Nantes-Brest Canal (fishing possible) and 38 km from Nantes and Redon. It features a wooden terrace and a 330 m² enclosed garden.  
  
Ground floor: living/dining room (with fireplace insert) with a separate open-plan kitchen (one step up), separate WC, open-plan bedroom area (two 90x200 cm bunk beds), and a shower room accessible from the bedroom area (one step up).  
  
Mezzanine: queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a fold-down single bed (90x200 cm).  
  
Amenities included: Wi-Fi.  
  
Included: bed linen.  
  
Not included: electricity, electric heating, firewood, towels, and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee of €65 applies to business travelers.  
  
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:
