Heating in room did not work, told reception said they would sort, went out came back still not working, not too happy.

Your staff could be a little friendlier.
The room smelt of cigarettes and considering how quiet the hotel was , that room should not have been used until it was aired overnight. The receptionist said housekeeping would come freshen it up but no one appeared. They’ve improved the pool area since last visit so that’s good. The check out was extremely unfriendly. Not a response to my good morning and she snapped at us to put our keycards in the box. Not good at all.
