I liked the people . Absolutely met some great people! I had to ask for supplies everyday. Bed was uncomfortable And we survived lol
I never even set foot in this hotel as it was closed when I arrived on day of my booking!! They never phoned to let me know, only sent one email on the morning of my arrival but it went into junk mail but they had set up the accommodation at another hotel that was miles away & totally unsuitable for why I was at Blackpool!! I would not recommend this hotel as the customer service Is appalling and 12 days on I am still chasing my refund that I was told I would get!!
