"I must say, I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Royal Park. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the property is absolutely beautiful, picturesque, and incredibly charming. It’s located in a quaint area and manages to feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff was wonderful; everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had breakfast at Park 600, and it was excellent. The portions were very generous, and the Peach Palmer drink was absolutely delicious. My room was excellent as well. The creek view was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Although the hotel was very busy, especially in the lobby with multiple events taking place, you would never know it once upstairs in the room. It was quiet, serene, and I slept like a baby. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive, adding to the overall pampered experience. I loved every bit of my stay here. Next time, I’ll definitely take advantage of the valet parking just to elevate the pampering experience even more. I traveled to Rochester from Massachusetts for a graduation, and after all the festivities, I genuinely looked forward to returning to the hotel each night. Wonderful place, oh and the lobby smells divine!"

"Check in process was not easy. I didn’t get my instructions till the day of - and found out I couldn’t check in till 4pm. Ok fine. The lock box outside of the building was open with no key, I wasn’t getting a quick response from the owner, but another resident let us in the building. We got to our room 2 flights of stairs up, at almost 5pm and it was still being cleaned. She did a decent job considering the last people stayed a very long time and didn’t respect the property. There had been pets there and still pet hair on the couch and chairs. There were 4 long black hairs still in the shower. We could all smell cigarette smoke and thought it would go away but after the second day we realized it was coming thru the ventilation of the other apartments. ALSO, did not know it’s an apartment complex and didn’t know people who lived there have their own parking which we accidentally parked in and a lady was very upset with us. The master bed is very squeaky, metal frame. The other two were fine. There’s a digital keypad on the door which at first didn’t work but the housekeeper got battery put in it. We went out came back and couldn’t get in. There’s also a realtors lock box with a key in it, that he sent me 4 different codes for. Apparently one was a master back up and that was the only one that worked.This was a lot of trouble to stay here and not cheap enough considering all this. We won’t be staying again when we’re back."

"The apartment was very nice and the location was perfect, close to downtown and not too far from 75. The only issue that I had during my stay was a little hiccup with the entry code (was sent the wrong one initially) and the bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and I would stay again."

"Everything was as described. This is our second stay in Adam's properties. This unit was easy to access. It was a first floor unit, so you could hear neighbors upstairs, but it was not a problem. We would definitely stay again."

"Got there they had the wrong code to get in, had to call Vrbo to get a new code. Blinds were laying on the floor pots and pans were in unserviceable condition, but were soon replaced. Overall it was an average place to stay, also when you went to the room you could smell pot through out the hallways."

"The apartment offered everything that we needed over our week long stay. Everything was in order and the location to downtown Rochester was perfect for visiting restaurants and viewing the holiday lights."
