Not again.

Posted 28-Sep-2017
The room was VERY clean and nice, but the doors are paper thin, housekeeping pounded on all the doors at 9:30am for cleaning (on a Sunday morning!) and they stood 3 doors down from our door and had a loud gossip session that woke us up. We won't go back.

They would struggle to put less effort into the breakfast. It was an affordable place to stay with comparable amenities.

Thank you for the response. I'm not sure what your trying to say but we have a person whos only job was to stay in the breakfast area and keep it cleaned and stocked. I'm glad that you enjoyed everything else about the hotel.

Not so Super

Posted 23-Jul-2017
Pros: Surprisingly quiet for being located right next to the freeway.
Cons: See above.
Location: See above.
The hotel feels old and dirty, and the whole building is kind of smelly. Everything is cheap, and small things (like a plastic bag to put in the ice bucket) are missing. The breakfast is VERY limited in choices. The building is in a weird location, but it is within walking distance of McDonald's and a grocery store. Overall, the nicest part about the hotel is the gym, which isn't part of the hotel at all (it's a separate facility that the hotel has arranged for guests to be able to use since it doesn't have its own gym or pool).

Thank you for the response. The breakfast has all of the required items including cinnamon rolls, juice, hot waffles, 3 types of cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. coffee and hot chocolate. I know those are the same items as the Marriott hotel up the road. If there's something you would like me to add please let me know what it is. Thank you.

Thank you for the review. We have many different types of pilows. I'm sure that next time we can get one you like. Some like them harder, some like them softer.

Bad

Posted 26-Apr-2017
Front desk clerk Cassidy spread rumors to my ex inlaws that I rented a smoking room and that I smoked. I don't smoke. This affects me in my personal life, I have children. I will not be staying at this establishment again. I spent almost $1000 in April alone at this establishment. I would expect better.

It was a good hotel, a bit hidden. The breakfast was decent, had waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and muffins. This was near a Walmart and Ridleys. Also there were restaurants and fast food places. Also not too far away was the potatoe museum.
