The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as we felt it was quite expensive (£25.00 p/p, p/d), instead we went to The Café Rouge, in St Katherine Docks, where we had an excellent meal for a lot less! Our overall stay was a great experience and with both the DLR and Tube so nearby, it was an excellent choice."
