"Beds very comfortable and the transport to and from sites was reasonably priced. My host employee at check In, Eric warmed up immediately and help me resolve my reservation / itinerary mix up. The room was super cozy and comfortable and the food in the restaurant downstairs, Poggio’s was exquisite! Great waiting staff! Some curt (possibly towards melanin(?)) than others but overall phenomenal service! "
