"A wonderful property and attentive hosts. This small-looking house lives large with plenty of bedroom space and several living areas. It was well furnished with essentials and more, like tissues, washing powder, paper products, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. The garden is lovely and the views spectacular, as advertised. It feels remote, as we wanted, but is actually close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and archaeological and tourist sites. While we enjoyed exploring the stunning sights of Donegal, we equally enjoyed time spent in this lovely home listening to music, playing cards, talking by the fire, and just being in this calm and beautiful space. And we loved hearing the nearby cows!"

"A fabulous place to stay with amazing views, delicious breakfasts, and a lovely shared sitting room area upstairs that definitely made our experience extra special. The B&B is spotlessly clean and the owners are warm and hospitable, with great tips on places to eat and things to see and do in the area. "We are just back from a 4 night stay at this amazing apartment and I couldn’t recommend it more. Elaine is a top host who goes over and beyond for her guests, the check in details and guidance for the apartment were so easy to follow and nothing was missed. Communication is also brilliant no matter what I asked Elaine always replied so quickly. The apartment itself is gorgeous, probably one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It is so spacious and bright and there is everything there possible you could need. We had our 2 year old son with us and everything for him was so safe also including the large outdoor terrace where we could relax and let him play without worrying about him all of the time. This was honestly like a home from home, Greencastle has a big place in our hearts and we have always come here from we were young so to find somewhere as good as this to stay has been fantastic. We have even booked in for next year to go again and cannot wait. If you are thinking on booking this gorgeous accommodation I would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!"

"The location and surroundings of Redcastle Hotel can not be beaten. To enjoy your breakfast looking out onto Lough Foyle is a dream. Catherine and the reception staff are lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was a little disappointing but the food we had in the Captains Bar was excellent - would highly recommend the chicken wings. Rooms were spacious clean and modern"

"We had the best stay at this gorgeous home on the sea in Redcastle, just north of Derry. The home (and its stunning views) are even better than the pictures online. We had three generations on our trip (kids, adults, grandparents), and all of us had an equally lovely time. It was nice for my parents to have access to the sea views without having to climb steps as the living level of the home Is easily accessed from the driveway.I have stayed in a number of VRBO properties, and it was wonderful to have such a nicely equipped kitchen (Nespresso, some snacks) as well as laundry detergent available. Louise was a very kind and responsive hostess.Thank you so much and we will look nowhere else to stay if we are in the area again!"

"This place was amazing. We needed somewhere to unwind a relax for a week and this was definitely it. It was no more than 5 minutes away from the ferry terminal. Majestic views, amazing beaches and areas to visit. Sheila & Michael were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome. The Ferryport bar in the village served the best pint of Guinness I’ve ever had (and believe me I’ve tried a lot of Guinness ). They were very accommodating with our dog as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you just want to kick back and relax."
